Quan Chi merely harrumphed as his application vanished. Back at camp, he returned to his body and began making plans.

"Oh ... gods ... what ...?" was all that Anik brought over her lips. She stopped and steadied herself on the wall for a moment, took a deep breath, then continued walking, speaking in longer sentences: "Do you know anything about this man? Aside from that he can resurrect the dead?

After calming down, you decide to meditate. With hardly anything else to do, this meditation becomes very deep throughout the night. However, in the afternoon of the next day you feel two people approaching, and you thus emerge from your meditation. As you get up from the steel floor, you wonder to yourself why you're not more sore. But with guests approaching, you dismiss the thought.

"This really sucks ..." Anik said, clenching her fists. "Maybe we can find out if this is reversible ... but she is dead already, isn't she?" she added, not very hopeful. "And I don't even know if you would want to do it. She's your prisoner, alright. Did you want to pass judgment on her or something? Maybe ... maybe this is punishment enough. Her undead ... fuck!"

"I don't want to kill her ... I won't do it. But you may be right. ... Maybe it's better to speak with the sorcerer first, before doing this. Without knowing anything ... we should not be too fast in our judgment." Anik said. Hearing the cell open, which, in Aniks mind, seemed empty, until she smelled something and heard movement, she stopped and frowned.

"Shara?" she asked into the void. Shara would see Anik wearing winter boots and a white winter coat, as well as her red blindfold, not seeming to recognize her existence until Shara spoke.

You stand in the centre of your cell, watching the door as it opens. You are surprised at seeing Anik, surprise that soon gets tinted by resentment. [color=0066cc]We both attacked him, yet I'm here in a cell while she gets to visit me. Where the hell is the justice in that?[/color]

Anik would now, perhaps, feel Shara's heart. It was extremely weak, as it was in fact not pulsing. However, it was still alive and in perfect physical condition. The dark magic of Quan Chi sustained her, leaving vital organs without a purpose. It was hardly recognizable anyway; It was dark and filled with distrust, anger and hate. However, there was still an uncorrupted depth to her. This depth was hard to spot beneath the darkness, and was not a beacon of light. It seemed like the heart of any being, and every being. Before, this had simply melted into the background of Shara's already average heart but now it stood out in the increased contrast.

Anik abruptly turned her head towards Shara's voice, sensing ... something there, but nearly not enough to make out. Surprised by how Shara sounded, Anik held an awkward silence for a few seconds, then she dropped to one knee.

"Shara ... I'm so sorry for what happened. I wish we had met earlier, before ... this." she gestured in her direction. "It's ..." my fault. Anik wanted to say, but with Yeager listening, she held herself back, not wanting to get imprisoned again herself, as it would not help anyone, least of all Shara. "I don't know if you know ... but is there any way to help you ... restore you in some way?"

"Well, more often than not, the written words aren't at all what you would say when speaking them aloud. Either there are letters that are pronounced completely different, have letters that are pronounced differently when grouped together with another, but then normally on the own. Or letters aren't pronounced at all. The latter especially irritates me. "

Timea politely greeted Yeager as he emerged into the lobby, but otherwise said nothing, letting Anik do the talking. Already looking towards her before she whistled, she saw the hand gesture. "Okay, then. I'll see you in a while."

With this said, Timea closed the entrance door, then began walking back to the beach.

Ana looked at Robin and said, "Oh, well if you meant just creating fire, I can do it without a medium." She then told Speedy, "There's my brother, who also creates fire. Some can move the ground, others can create and manipulate water... there are lots of different affinities."
