Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 16:03

After a minute, Anik was satisfied with what she got, and decided to do a thing. Not knowing in which direction Timea looked, Anik said: "I think I'm ready." and, without waiting for an answer, got on her hands, to walk on them. Slightly swaying, she came closer to Timea, and said: "Wait, no, I need to feel more of the ground." She laughed.

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 16:03​

Timea looked back to Anik when she announced she was ready, happy with Anik doing so, not missing anything, this way. Watching Anik move to stand on her hands, and walking around on them, Timea went back and forth between looking at Anik's arms, and her lower body, noting it was harder than it looked by observing the strain in the former, and swaying in the latter.

"That's one way to do it, I suppose", she responded, then joking added, "this would be the perfect response is ever someone says you have your head in the clouds~"

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 16:03

"Heh." Anik made, amused. "Well, but now ... I think I need to get up again."

With that, she pushed herself off the ground with her hands, managing to jump high enough to do a somersault in the air - but doing it completely, so landing back on her hands, although she lacked more balance, landing this way. Still she managed to say: "Wait, that wasn't right." before her feet landed back on the ground.

"Well." she announced, standing up. "Let's try this differently." With that, she jumped off the ground with her feet, doing this higher than a normal human could do, and made two backflips, landing on her feet again.

"Quan Chi. Thank you." Robin said with a smile, then looked for the healer the guards were bringing.

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 16:03​

Timea watched in silence as she watched Anik preform her acrobatics, very impressed by the first move, and downright amazed by the second. Once Anik was back on her foot, Timea looked on, stunned for a moment, processing what she just saw happened. After, a bright smile formed on her face.

Beginning to laugh, she clapped her hands. "My word, that was ever so impressive!" she exclaimed. "How ever do you manage to do that?"

 

[Silence]

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 16:03

Anik scratched her head, blushing a little bit, and smiling. "I don't know ... it just kinda happened.
I couldn't really jump from my hands this high, before. But landing back on my feet was possible.

I did just ... do a little bit more. It feels good." she laughed. "One trick more, then we can continue our hike." With that, she jumped forward again, doing first a salto, then a flic flac, then a sidewards salto, landing orthogonal to how she had stood before, then doing a cartwheel, and, to end it off, a round off, which led to her landing with her back to Timea. All of this did not take more than 30 seconds.

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 16:04​

Timea watched as Anik went through a series of acrobatics, grinning with wonder all the while. Once finished, Timea let out another laugh. "I never tire of watching this~" she said happily. Approaching Anik, she snapped her fingers, then pulled Anik's hair aside, and briefly and lightly rubbed her nose against Anik neck.

After, she stepped back, "I'd like to see more, but, you might expend all your energy, before we even start the climb, like this." She walked back over to the carcass, bending through her knees, and picking up a leg. "So... yes, let's continue on, now."

Lightly swinging the carcass around behind her back, Timea reached over her shoulder with her free hand to grab another leg, then rested her forearms on her shoulders again. Continuing on to the mountains, not sure if Anik's flips had messed with her sense of direction, she called out, "this way."

It would take a couple of minutes for the priestess to return, and when she did she would start examining Shara's body for new injuries, then apply bandages to them.

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 16:04

Anik smiled broadly when Timea said she would never tire of watching it, feeling strangely proud of what she did. When Timea nuzzled her cheek, she blushed again, thinking she would never get used to it. And wondering how she could do it to Timea, some time.

"Yes. I definitely should not use the strength I have in my arms only for this. They have to work some more, later." she said, in a good mood. She followed Timea after picking up her things, indeed not knowing where she would have to go on her own, but having thought of following Timea regardless. Still, she appreciated Timea helping her out.

After just a few minutes, she said: "Are we there, yet?" in a slightly joking tone of voice.

Vala - Day 10
The priestess would only find one new external injury, a large bump on the back of Shara's head. It was likely Shara had a concussion as well, though as she was still awake, clearly not a very serious one.

You spit out some more blood, feeling very sick of the taste, before telling Robin. [color=0066cc]"Look, let's stop wasting time shall we? Do what you can. I'll be fine, eventually."[/color] - You say, raggedly. Breathing, as well as speaking, hurts. You're not sure how bad the injuries you have are, but you know the locals can't do much more to heal them.

"Certainly. We've passed it, three times, in fact", Timea jokingly said, in turn, casting a sideways glance down to Anik. "But, yes. It should not be that much longer. We're moving around the base of the mountain, now."

Mt. Faotar - Day 11 - 16:18​

Fourteen minutes after setting out again, Timea stopped, standing further along the foot of the mountain. She Timea looked up the mountain, looking for the mouth of the caverns.

"Well, this should be it. I'm looking for the entrance, now."

 

[Silence]

Mathan Daer Area - Day 11 - 16:07

"You won't believe how many times this actually happens to me." Anik stated, although it was still spoken clearly in jest. "That's good." she added. "I had hoped we would not have to walk very long."

Mt. Faotar - Day 11 - 16:18

"So we really are there, yet?" Anik said, smiling. "Do you see anything - a way up? There are several routes, apparently."

Mountains - Day 11 - 16:18

Timea would see the mouth of the caverns high up on the mountain, surrounded by ice and snow. There would be a few possible routes up the mountainside visible; areas where the incline was less steep or had less treacherous ground. There would also be cliff faces which, while sheer, could be scaled by a good climber to bypass the need to hike.
