Homer ducked low to reload. "Sorry." He said to Robin.

"That was my fault, not yours." Robin told Homer. "I should have called it out earlier." Continuing to build up power, he tried to see if he could spot the wind mage.

Zephyra grinned softly to herself before she opened her fan. [color=46e16f] "Alright then... Goooing up!" [/color] With a flourish, she'd swing her fan upward. The wind mage might notice a faint green glow underneath him before Zephy's spell went into effect. Unless he got out of her magic circle's 15ft radius, he'd be sent flying high into the air at an angle, such that he might end up falling straight down into the waters below.

"Well, more room for experimentation!"

As the lightning mage got shot down and EMily absorbed the lightning, Speedy cheered. Then he watched closely what Robin was doing.

"Say if you need me to scout something on the other ship."

OoC: Off to bed. Godmode Speedy as scout if you want to, he should be fast enough to dodge everything.

As he was paying more attention to the archers than the deck below him, the wind sorcerer didn't notice Zephy's spell until he was flying away. As he landed in the water, the mercenary archers took their chance to let loose another volley.

Robin would spot the wind sorcerer, sailing through the air like a majestic brick.

"There's wells in some of the villages, but that's it." the man told Timea.

EMily grunted a little as she absorbed the lightning but stood her ground. The polarization wasn't just to gather the lightning, it was also a warm up to prepare herself to channel the electric charge. Her body was glowing substantially.

"I'm doing fine!" She said, reassuring the others she was able to hold the electric charge. "I'll fire back at the ship!" She announced and she fired the lightning bolt back at the ship with both her arms outstretched towards it.

"EMP shield holding. Adjusting electronics to EM interference from Emily Mason. Reassessing target threats." It adjusted its scope after the EMP from the lightning struck its shield. It would now look at the enemy ship's crew to locate targets.

As soon as the lightning Mage died, Aqua stepped out of cover and ran to the railing, briefly looking over into the water. "I should be able to smash a hole in their boat from the water. Just say the word, 'master tactician'." She said to Robin.

"I see. Well, that'll be all, then. Have a nice day, now!" With that said, Timea walked off, and went to rejoin Sibylla and Hillary, stopping at the wooden gangway.

"Well, that's that done. Did you two manage to amuse yourselves?" she asked the two.

"Go for it." Robin told Aqua. He looked to the ship's captain. "If we have lifeboats or anything, I suggest readying them. We can pick up the enemy crew."

"Don't go in the water, unless you want to draw the wrath of a god." the captain said to Robin and Aqua.

"What?" Robin asked.

Aqua was standing on the railing and just about to jump in when the sailor stopped her. "This better not be some foolish superstition." She said, stepping back down.

Zephy snickered softly to herself as she watched the mage take a dip in the waters. With Aqua offering to do something, she figured it was best to keep from doing much else, aside from prepping to defend their crew much like the opposing mage was doing.

"Trust me, it isn't. You can ask their sorcerer, if he's still alive after the battle." the captain told Aqua.

EMily's lightning bolt would hit the sail of the pirate ship, igniting it. The flames would spread over the sail, slowing the ship down a little.

Zephy would see the sorcerer enter the water, but would never see him reach the surface after that.

Jane started spraying the enemy ship with her machine gun.

Homer started looking for more targets.

Homer wouldn't see any other targets, as they were all hiding. As such Jane's machine gun fire would have no obvious effects.

"Kuku is the spirit that watches over our village. It grants us unending health for our proper reverence, and kills those who threaten us." Sibylla answered Timea, sounding as if she were reading a prepared speech.

"Best ta naht use yer hands if'n ya'll wanna do that." Sibylla explained to Hillary.

"Uhm, no. Ah can't see anything." Sibylla flatly replied. "An ah don't like tha feel'a movin' 'round on wood. Feels like ah might get a splinter."

[color=9f2089]"Alright, I guess I'll just kinda be here then, or whatever."[/color] Cybil muttered to no one in particular, somewhat disappointed that there wasn't any boarding going on yet.

In both instances in Hillary's conversation with Sybilla, by the time she acknowledged the comments about keeping her hands away from the snakes and also Sybilla not wanting to go on the pier because of her blindness and worry of splinters, Timea would have arrived back, essentially stopping those conversations for the time being.

"Timea, there's these um... splinter rocks that are on the wood, Sybilla didn't want any splinters so she didn't come over. What should we do?" Hillary asked Timea, before putting her face close to the wooden planks again, looking in the gaps.

"So not terribly unlike what's going on here, is it?" Timea commented, phrasing the sentence more like a statement than a question. "Altough that rolled off your tongue rather slickly. Don't you quite agree with those practices?"

Presently​

"Splinter rocks don't exist, Hillary", Timea responded, giving a small chuckle. "The wood might give off a splinter... " she began, then looked the walkway over for a moment, looking back to Hillary before long. "Although the planks are in good enough shape that that's unlikely. No stones to be seen, though."

With that said, Timea paused, then clapped her hands together. "Anyway, it's time to go, girls~ We'll head to the shore to get Hillary changed, then drift from thi island."

Timea then looked to Sibylla specifically, saying, "We'll be going to a desert, so the two of us should be right at home."
