"Alright, so ... unless you can help us somehow to get to other worlds, I think this is all we could ask for." Anik said. She thought about trying to touch Et anyways, but not wanting to risk her fingers, just stood down.

"... and no way that we can prevent another war. I hope it does break out once we're long gone." she murmured, angrily.

"I do have another question", Timea stated, once Anik finished speaking. "That being; Where and when did this hole leading to this world first appear?"

"In the village where you arrived, some time before your own arrival. It was the one-handed woman." Et told Timea. He then said to Anik, "I suppose if you could convince Calibeth to stop fighting, if he returns, war would be prevented. But that might not work."

"Hmm... . One last question on this topic; Why ever do you appear, dressed like someone from various other worlds would?"

"I doubt I am skilled enough in conversation to do that. Might have to ask someone else." Anik said.

She did not ask more questions, instead wondered if Shara knew something about traveling worlds.

"I see." With her question answered, Timea was quiet for a moment, thinking on what else could be relevant.

"Hmm. Atarakah thought this "hole" couldn't have been made with mortal sorcery, and must have been done by a deity. Do you have any idea who might be even slightly capable of this?"

Anik sat herself on the ground and waited for Timea to finish.

"Nobody from this world, aside from myself. Perhaps the answer is in the world that Shara came from." Et replied. "Or on your own worlds. I only opened the hole on this side, not on anyone else's."

"Right... ", Timea said on hearing the answering, sounding dejected. "Well, I have no further questions on this. Just one last thing before we leave; Could you at least close the exit, so no more people will fall into this world?"

Anik felt Timeas feelings, and knew why they were the way they were. She got up, now feeling sad as well. Planning to nuzzle Timeas neck, she clicked, and stepped to her in the way Timea had seen it before.

"I can, but I can't prevent anyone from opening another hole." Et replied. "And, before you leave, might I ask you a question?"

Village Church - Day 14 - 11:21​

Seeing Anik stand up and move over to her, Timea turned off the fire of her blanket, and made herself shorter, bringing her down to just a head taller than Anik was. She saw no problem doing so in front of Et, as she considered he must have seen her do this in various ways, before.

"You may", Timea answered, looking back up to Et, needing to crane her head upwards, he now being significantly taller than her. "But I won't guarantee I'll answer."

Day 14 - 11:21

Et looked down at Timea, then asked, "Thank you. My question is, quite simply... do you think I should continue with my plan? I would be ending the deities' conflicts, but perhaps only temporarily. And, while I want them to be a part of me, they don't want that. So... should I simply concede?" Timea and Anik would likely sense that the question was genuine, and that Et honestly had no idea what to do. "And, bear in mind, this land you are standing on is a deity."

Village Church - Day 14 - 11:21

Anik nuzzled Timeas neck like before, for a few seconds. She got back, whispered "I'm sorry.", then nuzzled Timeas neck for another 20 seconds.
She also got curious to what Et might ask, and listened to him closely.

As Et was finished asking, Anik stepped back and turned her head towards Et, furrowing her brow. "This really depends on what you can do. If the gods can rip themselves off you, there might be no other way for you than to concentrate all your efforts on keeping the bad ones, like Calibeth, in check."

Village Church - Day 14 - 11:22​

When Anik stood by her, Timea rubbed the side of her head against Anik's. As she did, two light-blue lines appeared under her eyes, with pink dots scattered across them. Her mood didn't change much, but she appreciated Anik trying to comfort her.

Hearing Et's question, Timea looked curiously at him, taking a moment to read the sublest signs in his facial expression and body language, surprised when it seemed the question seemed genuine. She considered she was only shown what she thought she should see, but on further thought, found this didn't seem very likely.

She considered Et's question for some forty seconds, before answering. "From a moral standpoint; I would say, yes. It would force the deities that don't wish to be a part of you into confinement, but, from what I understand; their deaths would also mean the doom for everything that they have created.

From simply a pragmatic standpoint; I would say yes, here, too. Even if all deities are returned to you, you cannot keep them there. Sooner or later, Calibeth or one of his sympathisers would break free, and than this whole thing will simply start all over again. Even if you might succeed, you'd only walk around in circles."

With this said, Timea paused. "I thus think you should indeed stop, and just stand back, and see how things evolves - however hard this might be."

Day 14 - 11:22

After a few moments of silence, Et nodded in response to Timea's answer. "I see. I think a part of me always knew that. But thank you. If that's all, I'll leave you, now. Expect the sun to rise again relatively soon."

At Et's answer, Anik had confusing feelings. She nearly punched Et, holding herself back with Timea's breathing exercise. "All of this ... not really for anything." she said, finally. "At least it will be warm again, soon."

"I will look forward to it", Timea said with a small smile. "This is all, goodbye."

With this said, Timea began walking out of the church, calling out, "let's go, everyone."
