She also thought very highly of most of the legal system in place, and wondered darkly if the place Anik would be extradited to even had a code of law. She wished that she had been authorised to make demands, and thought that the ETR squad outside would've been an excellent way to enforce compliance.
However, she then restrained herself, and pushed those dark thoughts out of her mind. She repeated to herself to just get the message delivered, and then get out.
