"Funny." He said "I've done some things that I regret too. Can't stand paladin types. The world never is as white or black as they say" he glanced at Lamda "I'm not taking the chance. Any more of these soldiers pop up and I'm taking them down. This person is addled"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"You two, stop. I just want to talk to someone." Lambda asserted.

OoC: Sorry, gotta go, dinner.

 

[Silence]

Montreal, Quebec, Canada. March 2nd, 2025
- Hotel -​

"She has killed a lot of people in her past, then left her world, without having been punished. I will need to take her to trial. You will not stop me." White said, not backing down.

Two soldiers went in front of her, holding their shields up, to protect her if there would be shots.

White summoned another angel, who flew higher, and seemingly with the intention to scout behind the hotel building, but hesitating for now, watching the scene. Both angels wore spears, resembling the one White was carrying, and were armored.

 

[Drakmorg]

Never mind.

 

[Vakra jal]

Gotta get her and these things away.
But I can't risk leaving the hotel unguarded

"Last warning. Stand down and back away"

Shutting off his external vox grill so his voice isn't broadcast by his helmet he opened a channel to Ella. "Get everyone together and get them out of here.
We have a problem"

 

[Kirke]

Ella sat up straight, having been resting on her bed, and pressed the transmit button on her earpiece; "Understood, what's the problem?" She then put on her cap, slung her sword across her back and hung the blaster rifle by the shoulder before heading down towards the lobby. Only then she realised that she didn't have her armour on.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Lambda stepped forward. "You said you would let me talk to her!" Her eye started getting brighter. "I don't want anyone fighting."

 

[Vakra jal]

"Unknown hostile. Arrived here with Anik. She's conjuring up soldiers so I doubt there intentions are good for anyone. I'll hold their attention here, make sure you get Nina and Kuki away just in case. It isn't safe"

 

[Silence]

Montreal, Quebec, Canada. March 2nd, 2025
- Hotel -​

"I will not fight, and let you talk to her, if I can get inside without him blocking my path." White said. "I just want to be prepared for all eventualities, like I said."

White wings, similar to those of the angels, appeared on White's back for a second before going invisible, then she got up. "I would be ready now. And, of course, my soldiers will stay outside. They will just block any escape path."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"So nobody has to fight." Lambda said, loudly and pointedly to both would be combatants.

 

[Vakra jal]

"Speak your peace" he said lowering his bolt pistol, vox now prohecting his voice but then he shut it off again to warn Ella "She says she just want to talk but she's surrounded the place with soldiers.
I don't think this will end well"

 

[Kirke]

"Understood." - Ella said as she hurried down the stairs, "I'm trained in de-escalation, I'll warn the others and then come outside. Maybe this can be defused. Any idea what they want?" She came into the lobby, and walked briskly towards the reception.

 

[Silence]

- Hotel -​

"Then lead me inside, to her." White said. Her soldiers spread out, guarding the different windows. One angel kept levitating above them, while the other one flew over the building, positioning themselves on the other side.

 

[Chungus]

Montreal: ED Shelter, lobby​

While oblivious to what had been happening before, when Lambda started raising her voice outside, Kuki picked up on the commotion, and cautiously turned to face the situation, wondering what was going on.

They briefly turned their head to look to Ella was she walked past, then back towards the windows.

"What's going on, there?"

Kuki questioned, addressing no one in paticular.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Candace looked up, confused.

"Right. Follow me." Lambda headed to the entrance, keeping her eye on White.

 

[Vakra jal]

To white he said "Whoever you are after they are inside, can't fit in there you see" he said with a shrug. Over comms to Ella he said through vox "One of the group, someone from her world. Wants to dole out justice or something but I don't like the way she's going about it"
He then spoke aloud once more,
This time to Lambda "Hopefully, there will be no fighting......for her sake"

 

[Silence]

Montreal, Quebec, Canada. March 2nd, 2025
- Hotel -​

White followed Lambda inside, spotting Anik, but not yet saying anything.

Anik was sitting in the lobby, playing with her thumbs. She seemed in thought.

 

[Kirke]

Noticing Candace and Kuki, Ella turned and told them; "Trouble, maybe. The building is probably surrounded." She then turned to the receptionist and said; "Call every extradimensional who are in their rooms, tell them to go gather in one of their rooms that doesn't have a window, if there is one. Otherwise, give them directions to the cellar. Then make sure that there is nobody close to them." Pausing for a moment, Ella added to Fernand; "You should get out of here, they aren't after you." She then looked at Lambda and White as they entered, walking towards them while asking; "What's this about, Lambda?" - then, she added to White; "And who are you?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"I want to talk to Anik." Lambda told Ella.

 

[Silence]

Montreal, Quebec, Canada. March 2nd, 2025
- Hotel -​

Hearing Lambda, Anik got up and smiled. "Lambda. You're here.
But ... you did not come alone, did you? Why not? I just wanted some counseling."

White looked at Ella, then said: "My name does not matter. You can call me White. I am the avatar of justice in my world, and I seek to capture a criminal from there, before helping you bring balance back to your world."
