Since I haven't been ninja'd yet, I'd go with the AC hidden blade. Stealth is so much fun when it is quick and instantaneous.

A Cat Flail, meaning a device constructed in the following manner:

1. Take an embalmed cat.
2. Cut through the spine at the cat's neck.
3. Pull the head from the body such that it remains attached to the esophagus.
4. Swing the head around using the esophagus to check the quality of the workmanship.

I do believe that this weapon would be useful in stunning opponents, at which point the creative application of a simple blade would be quite deadly.

An arming sword, a shield and simple light steel armor. It's simple, effective, and to the point; all I'd really need.

I would say a crossbow (insane penetration even against armor, repeating if available), bolas (throwing balls on rope that trip and can break bones), and maybe a spear or jian (chinese straight sword).

I would use a war hammer with an ax on the back making it an ax hammer. Pair that with a shield and some full plate armor I would be unstoppable.

A fauchard (or similarly a bardiche or naginata) would be useful- Each of them, basically a blade on a stick. A medium range weapon that can punch through armour, take down cavalry or slice through infantry, used correctly.

If you can carry another weapon, a recurve bow of sorts would be useful, with appropriate bodkin and broadhead/ viable counterpart arrows.

Probably a pre-loaded crossbow to start, because it is easier to aim and the bolt can go through armour. But it takes to long to reload and after the first shot I'd take a good shild and a short spear that can be used with one hand. Just keep blocking and dodging their attacks, till they are tired or out of ammo and then kill them with the spear, while still keeping a safe distance.

Crossbow, bardiche, or rapier. Those three weapons kick ass.
Or a flail if the enemy had lots of armour.

A heavy crossbow. I might not get a chance to reload it for the entire battle, but if I hit with it my enemy IS dead. Those things can punch a hole through plate mails.
