I don't think there's anything I'd change about the Escapist. I find it just great the way it is. The site's not perfect, I know, but I don't mind. As for whatever impact I've had, I don't think I've had any yet.

I've made a massive music theory thread and help a hell of a lot of other escapist members with writing music

However as a member I am not essential, no one is and I also have never greatly changed the site. I like to think I add discussion threads and I usually don't encourage repeat threads or troll threads

To change? Get rid of the sodding post count. Furburt knows my extreme distaste of them

Sometimes I make statements that people agree with...that's about it...so no impact whatsoever. Oh, and yeah, a lot of the elitism, and the general arrogance (not a common thing, but when it's present, it's there in buckets) are detrimental to the advance of The Escapist.

Besides often playing a significant role in discussions about military matters I am pretty sure my impact is pretty minimal.

As for changes, I guess I would lax the moderation a little bit, but not by much though.

I have no impact whatsoever on the Escapist, though if I could change one thing I would keep people from being able to use animated .gif icons for their avatars. I hate those things.

I think it's my fault I'm not ever noticed. I always change my avatar, and I changed my name once (though, it was only changed from "Sparrow Tag" to "Sparrow").

But I am sort of known. I cruise around every part of the forums. I'm in alot of big user groups which I post in every now and again, I do user reviews every now and again, I like to think I'm well known in the RPing corner, I'm a sort of regular in IRC AND I do like to create my interesting share of threads.

Also, I'm hilarious. That helps.

Oh. I've certainly seen you with the bird as the avatar.

I usually read people's names to verify who they are. I tend to always recognise AKJay, TheNamLessGuy, Orangebandguy and Root of All Evil.

I try to stay out of trouble and follow the rules and not get personal with anyone but the game I am bitching about.

If I could change one thing it be the mods zealousness to cull the member ranks, then again multi day suspensions/warnings are a good way to ease those that can follow the rules into following the rules and those that can't... can always get a new name/account to be banned again.
