I already added it to my Netflix DVD queue

. Have you seen this Korean flick called Mother?
Good to hear, I think you'll like it. I haven't Mother, is it any good? But keep the recommendations coming, with a lot of the movies I've seen mentioned in this thread that I haven't watched, I'll have to do a movie day/evening just to catch up. It will be awesome!
I thought Mother was quite awesome. It's like a drama/thriller movie. Yojimbo is also a really good Japanese movie. I actually just got done watching Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance right now, holy crap, that was an amazing movie.
Mother and Yojimbo, check. Those two and I Saw the Devil will be on my list. That should be a good evening.
Yea, Mr. Vengeance is quite awesome as well, in fact the whole Vengeance trilogy is worth it, though my favourite is Oldboy by far.
I liked Judgment(spelled that way) as well, one of his early shorts. It really shows his morbid sense of humor, even back then. It's about the aftermath of a Korean disaster, where a couple have to identify the body of their daughter and it just gets bizarre after that. I won't say anything else, as to not spoil it, but check it out, since you liked Park's other movies. It's only 26 minutes long.
Have you seen Ichi the Killer or Audition?
Ichi the Killer is on my to-see list. I've heard a lot about it, especially about the violence and brutality. I've heard about Audition, the same director, if I'm
not mistaken. Miike has made some... disturbing movies to say the least. They aren't exactly easy to watch, a part of the reason I've put off watching them
for a while. I will some day though, probably starting with Ichi.
On another note, I recently bought a Kim Ki-duk collection with Crocodile, Birdcage Inn and Address Unknown. From what I've read, that should be a
disturbing evening as well, when I decide to watch those three movies. Still, I very much look forward to it.
