I'm re-reading a 600 pages book for my literature exam, which is tomorrow at 9:30.

Am I fucked? Not so, I started yesterday and I'm almost finished. Skillz indeed :D

The Walking Dead. I'm trying to finish the whole thing up before the show.

I'm also reading Rebel Without a Crew by Robert Rodriguez. It's pretty crazy stuff. The next book I plan on reading is John Dies at the End or One Bloody Thing After Another.

Skulduggery Pleasant. Best book I ever read. There's great action, a great sense of humour, the feeling of power you get from some of the major characters is immense...

The Road! If I had more time I'd probably have finished it by now, but sadly it's been almost 3 months now.

Recently finished both Dust of Dreams the ninth book in the Malazan book of the Fallen series and John Dies at the End. Finished the first book in the Elric Saga yesterday. Currently on the second book in that series, A sailor on the Seas of Fate (I think that's the title).

For a few suggestions to people looking for books I would have to go with: both of Darren Shan's series; Cirque du Freak and Demonata. Both series by Jim Butcher; The Dresden files and Codex Alera.

For the heavy fantasy fan I suggest the Malazan book of the Fallen series by Stephen Erikson, these books are amazing, and he only has one book left to write for the conclusion of the series. Another series to go with for heavy fantasy would be A Song of Ice and Fire. I might suggest the Sword of Truth series, some don't like it but I loved it.

For more of that Sci-fi feel I would go with the Dune series, only up to the Sandworms of Dune (I Think that's the title) but I've loved it so far.

Currently reading "Hidden Empire" by Orson Scott Card, interesting read, also its the books (or at least the series) the Xbox Live Arcade game "Shadow Complex" was based off of so if you liked the game I think you would enjoy the books (two in the series so far, "Empire" and "Hidden Empire")

Lisey's story (S. King) though reafin right now to me means, you read a couple of hundred pages then leave it for months and repeat.

I have just finished His Dark Materials.
Great trilogy, get the extra short stories when you can, they're pretty good. (Lyra's Oxford & Once upon a time in the north)

OT: Im currently reading 'Dragon Keepers' by Robin Hobb in preparation for the recently released sequel 'Dragon Haven'.
Agree, although ending could be better IMHO but it wasnt bad. Ill try to get extra stories as well.

I'm reading Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace. This will be the fourth time I've read it.

One of my favorites.

I'm rereading the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. It's great because it ties almost all of his other books (50+) into one huge narrative.

I love you for that.

Ahem: "Death to the False Emperor!"

OT: I'm reading Beyond The Shadows by Brent Weeks. It's the last book in the Night Angel trilogy. I'd strongly recommend it. Amazing world-building and characters that are very human.

Also, for more amazing world-building the Monster Blood Tattoo series is good. Still waiting on the last book though.
