The Darktower: Gunslinger by Stephen King. I'm not really too far into it, so I can't really tell if it is good or not.

But if Stephen King is as good as people say he is I'm sure I will enjoy it.

Stephen Corbert's: "I am America (and so can you)". Hilarious! Previously, Y the Last Man and the Unwritten = Awesomeness!
That book is made of pure awesome and im not even american. currently i am reading alex cross's TRIAL.
I've just finished that one. Made all the more awesome by the transcript of the White House Correspondent's DInner at the back.

Currently reading the Necronomicon (short stories including Call of Cthulhu) by H.P. Lovecraft. Wonderful use of language. Makes me happy to be an English-speaker.

The Road to Oz. (Man, Dorothy is a *****).

Before that I read an Adien Monk book I found at a garage sale, it was ammusing.

Before that I read Pride & Prejudice & Zombies: Dawn of the Dreadfuls. It was very ammusing.

& before that, I read Gone with the Wind.

Terry Pratchett's "Unseen Academicals".

Was a bit boring for like, the first 50 or 60 pages, but when it finally returned from new characters (Pratchett has very little luck creating new characters lately - first the female soldiers in Monstrous Regiment, then the Monks of History in Thief of Time - only De Worde and the guy running the one running the Ankh-Morpork Mail Office were interesting) to the wizards, it was like reading Watch Watch all over again.

Could you tell me what you think about Masquerade? I want to buy another book for vacations (11 days with limited Internet access), and I had my eyes set on that book.

I'm reading Sharpe's Eagle, part of the MASSIVE Sharpe series by Bernard Cornwell.

I think the reason there's so many is that only one or two major things happen each book, it's all in the details.

Needful Things by Stephen King.

It's really good. Those who love suspense, intrigue and great characters check this one out.

Isn't that the one about the autist? Read it on a long train trip a while back... lovely novel.
Mark Haddon. His "A spot of bother" is pretty good too.

Three on the go at once :D. I'm rereading the entire series of Halo spinoff novels at the moment, currently almost at the end of the third one (of six), First Strike. Then, I'm also rereading the entire Twilight saga (currently about halfway through the first one). And I'm also rereading the entire Three Worlds Cycle, a massive fantasy/sci-fi series of eleven books by Australian author Ian Irvine...
