Both of these.

However reading this thread I have come to another conclusion about drivers. Which I might make into a thread. If you can come to the same conclusion I shall give you a picture of a cookie.
What is "All other drivers except me are idiots?"

No but seriously I heard it a lot was that people from Massachusetts don't know how to drive and yet I have never gotten into an accident and then coming to college in NYC I have seen like 3 accidents and more than I can count near accidents.

*EDIT*

I am a Masshole and can say that EVERY state is pretty much like that they each do it and each have their idiot drivers. You tend to see the idiots outside of the state more than in it though I guess.

We just say "yep, that's a bad driver" here in Australia. Other Australians might have a term for it, but I've never heard of a specific word to reference that particular aspect of bad-driving.
Also from Australia, but always called it a "rolling stop". My driving instructor called it a "second stop", due to his instruction of "at stop signs, stop for three seconds to scan the three directions. If a 'second stopper' stops at all, he only checks one lane of oncoming traffic before going for it."

My dad has his own words for it, which in comic books would be an unintelligible string of asterisks, hash signs, and '@' signs.

Never seen it happen, nor has somone ever said to me that something similar happened, but I've heard the term "rolling stop" before (I'm from Australia).

Yea, i can say im not a bad drive, but that's because im a very cautious driver.
If i don't think i can make a turn, im going to sit there until i can.

Though honestly, i think the whole All other Drivers thing comes from the fact that many people forget that they are sharing the roads with other people.
And of course its easier to blame other people.

And also, people can drive in different ways, biased on where they are from.
Its pretty interesting.

When a person comes to a stop sign and they only touch the breaks long enough for the brake lights to come on then keep going. In Arizona we call it a "California stop and go".

I have no idea where this name came from, but it seems to be a universal term here.
Up here in Washington we call it a California stop.

We generally call it a "Fucking arsehole" in Australia. At least that's what me and all my friends call it.

Down in Alabama, it's called the "California Stop", the "Asshole Stop", or (depending on how conservative the speaker is) the "Pinko Stop".

I don't think there's a name for it these parts, but my old man calls it "fine-trap" after getting busted and fined doing just that. At a rural road, at 4am. Must have been a slow month for the local police.

I still don't sympatize with him, the stop signs are there for a reason.

Well, I did see that video of that time Texas got a little snow... it was pandemonium!
Never ever drive up here in Canada in the winter. (My first time driving was in blowing snow. The second was on icy conditions...) ^.^

Though I must say, after visiting that city, I know I'll never drive in New York. OMG that place is crazy.
Oh God yes.
Southeast Texas+Snow=insanity.
We cannot drive in snow.
There are very few people who know about the concept of Wrapping your Tires with Chains.
