We don't have traffic lights at every intersection, but we don't have stop signs either.TestECull said:I call 'em a speed bump if I'm on the cross street. It's fitting just give them enough time.Riddle me this, then. What sense does it make to spend taxpayer money putting a traffic light on an intersection that gets a car an hour on the busiest of days?Metalhandkerchief said:In Norway, we call it "Your country is too broke to install traffic lights at every intersection, so you're free to drive like a monkey on meth".
We do have signs indicating which way that has to yield if there's traffic tho. Smaller road always has to yield for main roads etc. But if there's no crossing traffic, you don't have to slow down.
If there's no signs or no traffic lights the right side has the right of the way.
In other words, hitting another car on it's left side is a good way to void your insurance.
