That's pretty funny, and even funnier that people are completely missing the point.

Are... you... kidding me?
Yeah I think about sex, but.. that is like.. 5-6 % every day. The rest is work, learning new things, what should I eat tomorrow... I can write this for hours..

Seriously, this "book" is a best-seller? People are shelling out their hard-earned money for a punch-line?

What I'm thinking about right now is how many trees gave their lives for those blank pages.
I thought all of these things, in the exact same order.

Good thing this guy isn't an actual professor, because while it may be a funny joke (though possibly not worth $7, and definitely not worth 200 pages worth of trees,) I'm pretty sure you get some kind of bad name for publishing something like this, don't you?

And right when reading this, I was thinking about cuddling up with my girlfriend, and making sure my cookies weren't burning.

It's an amazing book that deserves a lot of recognition. It's inventive, ingenious and the man who wrote (created?) it deserves a prize.

...he should probably retitle it "what every man thinks about", "what every woman thinks about", or "what all people think about" and leave it as-is otherwise. Women think about sex as often as men, hormones exist in everyone.
That said, some people have glandular problems or hormone deficiencies that cause them to be basically asexual... so not even all men think about sex.

Oh crap, we are only supposed to think about sex?

Well fuck, silly me.

You know, I had a thought (no pun intended), but maybe the reason it's blank isn't that men don't think about anything but sex, but it is intended to show what men think about. If you right down your thoughts in the book, you have a solid record of everything you think of besides sex.

Or maybe this guy is just a raging douche

When did this vote for what men think take place? I don't remember participating in it.
We invited you, but you were too busy thinking about sex to notice, obviously.

OP: That's kinda funny, I guess... *shrug*

You guys are missing the greater point here. British students (presumably at least 50% of which are male), are writing their thoughts into the book. It's a personalized book of "what I think about." It's genius!

Well I thought bacon was on this list... And Megan Fox. There you go. I didn't think of JUST sex, no I thought of a particular female (that i wouldn't mind "being with"). A very blond thing to do. I'm sorry, I just insulted blonds. Damn you feminism, leave me to my sex (and other related activities). And yes, this character is definitely the opposite of a Chauvinist.

It's a little invested for a simple joke, but its still a harmless, simple joke. I can appreciate it by just reading this, however, instead of having to buy the thing.

He's actually quite right. There is nothing that all men prefer, except sex. Though even that statement can be proven wrong by the existence of asexuals.
