Metal Gear Solid 2 had some of the best codec calls.............creepy when I first heard them....

Man those calls were weird. And the "Colonel" would call you every two seconds to deliver them.

I actually couldn't stop myself from laughing when the colonel started speaking Japanese. It was a priceless moment.

A lot of the Nazi Zombies quotes from the characters are pretty funny
For some reason the demonic narrator saying "Carpenter!" followed by Nikolai saying "I used to be a carpenter you know" makes me laugh everytime and I still don't know why, and of course Dempsey's "I don't know who Ray is, but his gun is rip!" or something along that lines when he gets the Ray Gun.
