Chrono Trigger, sure it's dated, but it has set a bar for fun and charm in a game that has yet to be met.

Dunno, I enjoy a lot of them.
Final Fantasies 9, 12, and tactics, as well as Diablo, Diablo II: LoD (And Diablo III looks pretty damn nice too, Can't wait for that), Fable, Fable II, and if Kingdom Hearts counts, then yeah. Sure, it might be childish, but you can never argue with a duck that refuses to wear pants. (And the mutton-bashing gameplay was relatively fun, but altogether minuscule if compared to a duck not wearing pants.)

Morrowind, without a doubt. No game before or since ever drew me in like that. It is the bar by which I judge all other RPGs, and none have ever matched it. It's not only nostalgia- I go back sometimes, to that wildly original, complicated island.
Pokemon is an rpg and I choose you as my favourite rpg.
A close second is Golden Sun because it was the best jrpg I have ever played it puts home console jrpgs to shame.

Let me see, well i played the first Fable when i was like 11, and god did i love it so much, never did i play another game on the original Xbox.
Recently i got Fallout 3, and that was just fantastic, and i was sure that my game of the year would have been Fable 2.
But alas, i waited like 4 or 5 years of my life for that game, and what did i get? A pocket full of dissapointment.
Sorry to outrage anyone else. But that game has to be the biggest dissapointment of my life so far.
But yeah Fallout 3 or Pok'emon. Up until they just started churning out remakes of the old ones that is.

After that I really enjoyed Guildwars and City of Heros/Villans (even if it was just the 15day trial)
And this weekend I fired a couple of rounds in Fallout 3 and I must say it really caught my eye.
