What is the hardest game you have ever played?

Police force- that crazy PSP game where you have to leap from car to car to arrest/kill people.

Never got past that level where you had to drive the bus at precisley 32 MPH (any slower and bus go boom and any faster you reach the finish line to quickly (=boom) withought off loading the passengers who fling themselves onto a police truck every so often) withought touching the walls of the track (in a badly handling bus on a twisty mountain road). Ok that was hard for me.

Pretty easy if you ask me, just take cover regularly and you're fine. Run-and-gun won't get you anywhere on Legendary mode. Same with most shooters, it's just a matter of cover.

Tbh that is because the game is so poorly designed its almost unplayable!!
In my experience Stuntman on ps2 was the hardest game I ever played, although I haven't owned many 'hard'games, was 11 years old and also I'm not counting expert difficulties on games.

Anyone that has played Battletoads must put it as the hardest game they've played.

Sadly...I don't. Devil May Cry 3 on the hardest difficulty. Hardest one, where I didn't feel it was cheap though.

Here's the thing, DMC3 has difficulty settings. Battletoads does not and is tear-your-hair-out-insanity. The only reason I got very far in Battletoads was because I used a Game Genie to skip over levels. Still the most impossible game ever.

I Wanna Be The Guy, definitely. So ridiculously unfair that it loops back around to fun again. Also, there's only one room with the invisible blocks getting in your way that are so prevalent in, say, Kaiso Mario. So there's a plus for game design and old-timey references too.

No doubt that ninja gaiden on hard difficulty was the single pain in the ass of my gaming alias so far, quite rediculious that I couldnt get past the first boss, I nearly took the game back because of the first boss, OP. . . .anyone els find that difficulty?>
