When playing an FPS I am usually the sneaky/scouty/snipey guy. In MMO's I am normally the support class, sometimes heals, sometimes a bunch of holds with a few heals, it gets the job done.

Stealth Support, for example, in TF2, I infiltrate into the base (as Pyro or Spy) and wreak havoc as my team pours in.

I ignore my entire team and complete the mission objective. If there's a medic/healer nearby I'll call if I want help. Which isn't often.

Anyway my question for you today escapists is what role do you generally play when on a team? Are you a Medic like me? Are you a Sniper? The only one who can actually use the rockets and grenade effectivly? Please share.
Does fodder count? 'Cause I'm always that guy...

Really though, for those kinds of games I'm best at being the driver or pilot... I suck at FPS games, but put me behind the wheel of a tank or chopper and I can at least pull my own weight then...

Depending on the game, im either a crazy ass CQC (Close Quarters Combat)/suicidal/distraction guy, mainly because its the most fun, and you either kill everything that moves or die a
(un)glorious/hilarious death whil causing the most amount of chaos you can lol

Bu also I do like being a support guy, for instance being an aggressive Engineer in TF2, or creating defencsive line that teammates can fall back to, thats pretty fun

In games with vehicles though, im a friggin beast at vehicular combat, i just have a huge knack for it, and i really do love it, particularly in the battlefield series

I also can play a mean sniper, but thats the least fun to me and the least satisfying, so usually i use snipers in ways they arent supposed to be used lol

Point man. I'm the spear head of the assault, the guy who catches sniper bullets with his nose, the guy who turns the corner and gets ganked by the cluster of zombies, the first into the thick of whatever game me and the buddies are playing atm.

The guy who goes dashing in going "Woop woop" to distract the other team.
If I'm lucky enough to not get blown to smitheroons, I might even go and capture a point or the flag or whatever.

And I always thank Medics when they heal me. Being the distraction, it means I probably need it.

I'm a Jack-Of-All-Trades: I'm a light, medium and heavy support, I can snipe well(I don't like to camp though, eventually they know where you are), I'm pretty good in Tactical Transport(Dropping off people in the backyard) and I can be the Distractor(Moving into the line of sight and keep them focused on me).

Give me any job and I'll show them what I'm made of!

I'm almost always a Flanker, I'll find a choke point and then attack from behind and take out a large chunk out of the opposing team's force

This is one of the reasons why I have clocked so much time as a spy on TF2

This is also a fun tactic to use on battlefield games, because they're so open, there is a lot of alternative routes and lots of chokepoints

I'm a killer i tend to do craptons of damage, take out loads of enemies, than get flanked/surrounded and need to be rescued.

Anything with Backs, and the stabbing of them usually gets my pick for favorite class. 2nd would be something absurdly fast that just plows into people and doesn't give them a chance to fight back. But both are very vulnerable, or take damage easier then most classes. so I always have to watch out. Spy, Scout, Rogue (when I played wow), and stuff like that.
