It depends entirely on the situation... if I'm being presented with unusual levels of human stupidity, my usual response is "someone get out on the dumb side of bed this morning."
However, if it's just crap that there's no help for it's "D.N.F.C, S.E.F.P." or "Dilligaf?"

Yes, I realize they're both acronyms, but in my defense, I rarely ever explain them, leaving the recipients feeling dumber than usual.

"Holy-flaming-zombie-Jesus" from Futurama is a favourite of mine, if only for the looks you get when you say it.
Usually either a monotonous "What." or "That's just lovely."
On special occasions I might use "Damn it, Mephistopheles/Bahamut/Physics, we had a deal!!"

I always come up with great exclamations but neveer get opportunities to implement them. Right now it's the Lovecraftian "What the fhtagn?"
