Metal Gear Solid 3. When The dumb ass employee at Game Stop told me the Game was completely appropriate for my age (and i was 8) I get home and play it and I see Eva doing a sexy cat walk as i hit the R1 button to zoom in at her breast i sware I felt my balls drop so hard I thought I had shit under my dic and it was building up under my skin. Lets see i believe the first M-rated game I played was gta3 but the first M rated game I owned was geist for the gamecube, was probably 13 years old when my parents bought it for me. (mine were quite strict).
After that though they stopped caring.

Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero was the first M-rated game ever and I was like nine or ten. I got it when I bought my N64. Although I try to repress those memories, but it was first M-rated game, so it has a special place in my heart (I guess).
