Totally going with the nebelwerfer!

But being serious probably a Colt M1911, and a H&K MG36 with a double-drum mag.

A nebelwerfer? really? Okay then.
Well give me a MK 48 with a specialized rifle barrel that dosent warp and is made for accuracy and I'll be good to go.
OR
A minigun that shoots 17 HMR rounds with specialized barrels that don't warp and made for accracy,
Yeah we'll go with that one

Supposing I wasn't allowed to use something mechanized like an Abrams tank or a predator drone, I would have to go with the spear in a non gun fight and a P90 in a gun fight.

Depending on which model of the M16 you get, it could have full-auto. The M4 always had full-auto if I'm not mistaken.
I do prefer auto M16s because the barrel appears to be longer, which, and this is a guess, I think improves accuracy.

Hmm...I would like to use a reinforced, bullet-resistant environment suit with a similarly reinforced spraying wand thing full of sarin. For those of you who don't know, sarin is a deadly, deadly nerve agent. God help me if I find myself fighting against robots...or Metal Mario. Ugh, and I really wanna make that Shamwow commercial reference now, but someone beat me to it. :( However, if we're talking about realistically obtainable weapons (its an international war crime to manufacture sarin) then I would take a minigun or a Thompson's submachine gun, depending on the circumstances. OR, if we're talking melee weapons, I'd take a claymore. I long for the satisfaction of decapitating three men in one swing.

Depends entirely on the style of enemy, and the terrain. Outdoors with miles to see, sniper rifle. Outdoors with smaller range, HK416 (Basically an M4 without the overheating bell). Indoors, MP5.

Distance:

.338 Lapua with custom stock, barrel, and scope. I can list it all out if you need me to.

CQC:

MP5SD5 (chambered in 10mm, but H&K doesn't do that, though it would be a nice weapon.)

Mid-Range:

M4A1 with ACOG x2 scope.

Very Close:

Sig Sauer P226 chambered in 10mm

Overall:

F-18, ain't nothing like dropping a bomb from 36,000 feet.

It takes skill to shoot a gun, at least to do it well. Machine guns are excluded in this statement.

I also quite like the compound bow. Gives it a bit more oopmh, but you still have to practice a bit to get good at it.

A reliable revolver with uncanny accuracy and a seemingly endless supply of bullets.
When that runs out of bullets, i'll switch to a very spiky mace...

And I think a similar thread has been done before.
That would be my old thread on Martial Arts weapons.
For me its a Revolver, Katana and the classic Gordon Freeman example: Crowbar.
