It's still slightly on my radar, but I really don't expect to buy it.
Sniffing around it sounds like a Team MP game (ala Team Fortress 2) with a single player story attached. Sounds like there's no real good or bad guys in the set-up, so unless the writing is absolutely amazing, I don't expect the story to be particularly compelling. Stories where everyone are shades of gray don't have the standard genre cliches to fall back on and really have to say something to be good.
And I'm totally unimpressed by the Container City gameplay videos I've seen so far. The SMART system looks to be quite good, potentially better than the Free Run systems in games like Assassin's Creed... but I don't really see much in that gameplay video that suggests that it'll be terribly important to Brink's gameplay.
As for the look of the piece. The setting really has the potential to be something amazing looking, but none of the locations revealed so far really look all that different from everything else out there. Container City strikes me as particularly generic and uninteresting. While the airport level captures the look and feel of a real airport a bit too well, which is like saying an actor really captures the essence of an accountant.
