Here in Canada, I think it's 14, as long as you're the same age, and when you're 18 or older, age ceases to matter. Not like people give a crap about the age of consent.
You probably wanna check your facts, or at least read the first page, its 16 now >.>

<quote=Wikipedia> In Canada the age of consent is 16, but there are two close-in-age exemptions: teenagers who are 14 or 15 may have sex with a partner who is less than five years older, and children aged 12 and 13 may have sex with a partner who is less than two years older.

Hmm... You learn something new every day.

18 here, but i think it should be 15 - Albeit with a condition: They both sign a consent form witnessed by a Lawyer stating that they are willing participants.

In North Carolina, it's 16.

Source:

North Carolina
The age of consent in North Carolina is 16, though no school faculty member can have any sexual activity with any student except when married to the person {§14‑27.7}. Any sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years of age is prohibited unless the defendant is less than 3 years older than the victim except when married to the person {§14‑27.2, 14‑27.4 & 14‑27.7A}.

§ 14‑27.7A. Statutory rape or sexual offense of person who is 13, 14, or 15 years old.

(a) A defendant is guilty of a Class B1 felony if the defendant engages in vaginal intercourse or a sexual act with another person who is 13, 14, or 15 years old and the defendant is at least six years older than the person, except when the defendant is lawfully married to the person.

(b) A defendant is guilty of a Class C felony if the defendant engages in vaginal intercourse or a sexual act with another person who is 13, 14, or 15 years old and the defendant is more than three but less than six years older than the person, except when the defendant is lawfully married to the person.

I live in Indiana, and we have to backwards, so our age of consent is 16, but it's illegal to perform oral sex if you're under 18.

Probably because law makers are hypocrites and lesbians can't get pregnant without outside influence...

Well, it doesn't help that the Irish constitution and much of our law is a mish mash of Victorian and early 20th Century pious Catholic morality, and accumulated changes from decades of referenda on various issues. Referenda are basically an Irish hobby. We can't go 3 years without having one on something.

No worries, I'm kind of the same way.
The only way I knew it was 16 (By the way, to those new to the thread, Canada is 16, sixteen... ok... got it? good!)
I had to look it up before I made my post in the thread.

I usually only pay attention to laws that affect me. This one isn't one that is likely to be enforced at all, so I didn't feel the need to learn it.
