I'm from Didsbury, in the South of Manchester, so it's sort of like posh Mancunian, which is really odd. And this accent is one of many English accents, and an example of the numerous British accents. I just get rather frustrated when people claim that people from London have "a British accent," as British accents vary a lot over short distances.
To people who say they don't have one: you do. Without a doubt. Everyone has an accent, be it American, Australian, English, whatever, every single person on the planet who speaks a language speaks with an accent.
