I know it's obvious and predictable and I'm sorry to be THAT guy but...

Final
Fantasy
VII

So badly want.

Other than that I'd go with Ocarina of Time (as in a real graphical update, not the meh one) and either the Lylat Wars game for N64 (Star Fox?) or Fallout 2.
Thumbs up on the FFVII and OoT votes.

Might and Magic, same gameplay, just adding a little bit of treatment to update graphics and movement, maybe better animations to weapons and casting, and there ya go an awesome series born again.

The Elder Scrolls games, from Arena to Morrowind, remade on Oblivion's engine (or better yet, Skyrim's engine)

I would love to see the golden sun games rebooted to the console. they are RPG's nd the best GBA games I have ever played. they deserve this because current DS does not have GBA slots anymore and I would look great on console
Agreed. But I'd say that new dungeon maps would be nice. I've played both of those too many times, so if it was just a graphics overhaul I'd rather just play the GBA version. I'm not saying to change the story, or the battle system or anything, just maybe move the djinni around and make the puzzles/mazes/etc different to add a new spark to it.

Oh right, a third game ... I wouldn't mind Dark Cloud getting a graphics overhaul while maintaining the art style, and maybe add some more weapon builds (and give me my feather duster!!!). I mean, Toan had heaps of basic weapons, but they all turned into 4 super weapons, I think two of which were just inferior, and one of which was significantly underpowered compared to the best sword, except that it had a slightly higher magic stat. If you varied the other stats (end, spd, anti-s, elements) to give each weapon its own strengths and weaknesses, it would have made teamwork a much more prevalent concept, as the weapon on one character might suck against mages, but is balanced by an ally's weapon having extra anti-mage and stuff. Or a melee weapon with 170 endurance, with excellent anti-stone and metal, but make it terrible with speed, magic and beast/plant/fish/bird anti-s.

I would love to see...

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic- I would enjoy improved graphics and a smoother combat system.

Final Fantasy 7- I would love to see how they would pull some parts off.

Jet Force Gemini- I don't really hear much love for this game, but it was one of the games I grew up playing.

KOTOR - Not TOR
Dungeon Keeper - A HD remake of the original
MediEvil - Keep the charm but change the gameplay
Oddworld - A new adventure game or platformer, not the strategy game
Croc

I am always surprised to see that I am not the only guy who remembers DK.

Max Payne, it's my favourite series.

I know there is a "sequel" coming, but it isn't noire, and it appears to have a cover system... Cover in Max Payne? Fuck no!

Lets see...

Psychonauts (As much as I love that game, it could definitely go for a graphical polish.)

Final Fantasy VII (But don't use the Advent Children character designs. I'm personally not a big fan of them. Plus a re-translation would also be nice.)

Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee

Planescape: Torment.

I really liked the story but the gameplay makes it a serious challenge to play nowadays.
