Jet Force Gemini needs a reboot. I love this game to bits, but if they could fix some of the flaws (like Floyd's FUCKING flight controls) and maybe find an alternative to the goddamn Tribal collection quest, it would be roughly 113% more awesome.

The Ultima series, especially the second trilogy (not going to count Ultima Online, as I am limiting myself to one mmorpg)

Hmm...well, I always wondered how Wind Waker's ocean would look in a different graphical style.
Freelancer would be amazing now, as long as it retains modability and LAN play.
I would love to see Actraiser renewed; the music of this game is perfect.
Baldur's Gate, but with the track record of Bioware right now, maybe I wouldn't want them to touch it...
So instead I'll vote for Final Fantasy VI, redone like the I, II and IV on the PSP. Hell, almost any Final Fantasy redone with the sprite goodness of the original games would be awesome. I might even try playing Final Fantasy VII again if they did...

NONE OF THEM! The games I loved I still love and no about of HD motion-control gimmicky nonsense can possibly make a games like Final Fantasy VII, Worms, Tombi or MGS3 any better than they already are. What exactly is it you want from a remake? You want the same game! Stop having a desperate need to get rid of money and play the version of the game you already own. Out-dated or not, you love that game for a reason and the reason hasn't changed.
Jet Moto - I keep imagining its gameplay amped up to something like Burnout: Revenge, a lot faster and a lot smoother, but still with the crazy tracks that made the PSX versions awesome =)
