My nerd-O-meter just flew off the deep end with possibilities.

My answer: Soap McTavish. He's a frickin Badass, plus he survived 2 call of duty's.

Difficult choice- I've got a few ideas, but they all have some major drawbacks... but then I remembered this guy! :D

Legion. He (technically they) is a robot (adding both instant awesome and little strain on resources- no extra food required), good shot, easily able to fit in the car/house, fairly speedy, highly intelligent, difficult/impossible to hack, durable, games (even if it's just to block hacking attempts, it counts) and even dances. What's not to love?

The only massive drawback is that he's not the most subtle thing ever, but it's worth it to have a robot buddy :D

... for the record, other considerations were:

-Samus Aran. Rejected on the grounds that, if met in real life, she'd scare the crap out of me (or, judging from Other M, piss me off too much).

-Gordon Freeman. Rejected because I like to have someone to talk to.

-The King of All Cosmos. Rejected because he's the freaking King of All Cosmos.

-A Big Daddy. Rejected on the grounds that they are simply too big and slow to be great use, and they aren't that intelligent.

-A Big Sister. Rejected on the same grounds as Samus/Gordon.

-A Reaper. Rejected because I enjoy the continued existence of the human race.

-An asari commando. Rejected because I'd rather not have a massive trail of dead men following me every time I have to go out.

My bodygaurd will be me.

In all seriousness? Gordon Freeman. He never talks and kills everything with his crowbar.
damn it you beat me to it.

OT: If I cant really get Gordon, I would like to have a Ghost from the SC series. Nukes, emps, cloaks oh my! :)

Keiji Maeda (Samurai Warriors series).

Lu Bu is more badass, as is Tadakatsu Honda, but I don't think I could stand to be around them 24/7.

I mean, seriously, what could be better than a centuries old surfer samurai who can deflect bullets?

Serious Sam comes to mind, but I think a bodyguard will need to be more discreet than that; so I think either Agent 47, Boone, or Ezio Auditore da Firenze.

Liara T'Soni

She has kick-ass biotics and would be nice to talk to when people aren't trying to kill me (i.e. most of the time)

Also she has information on just about everyone. Let's see an assassin sneak up on me when she's tracking every assassin in the galaxy!

I hire a team of actual bodyguards. Seriously, it's really cool how in movies and books someone hires a bodyguard who saves them, but in reality, you need at least four people to offer any kind of true assasination protection. Single bodyguards are only going to save you from bar fights that get out of hand, and maybe some obsessive stalkers.

OT: If i had to, i would pick Simon Cross, from "hellgate: london." He's a badass, he has 360 vision in infared, sonar, and visible light, and he can throw minivans.

Chuck Green. If I get tired, or more likely, "bored" I can just piggey-back on him. Also the chainsaw motorcycle is pretty cool. But free piggey back rides is where its as.

Just that. As a matter of fact, I'd take any of them spartans. Preferably Kat, She's fucking cool.
