That Mario game for the DS..., forgot the name, it is like the old-school Mario games but with newer graphics, AND I WANT TO MURDER MAN WHO MADE IT I stopped playing it quickly
Now, now, it's alright to be angry but murder is ALWAYS NEVER the answer.
Fixed it for you.

I dont really play games that annoy me too much, but MW2 since im playing it on a too hard THE EASIEST a difficutly for me becaues i dont want to seem like a wuss in front of my brother and my friends...
There I fixed it for you
What you changed made no sense... the easiest a difficulty, hooray.

And calm down by the way, i did that as a joke

Another one is Too Human, the amount of times you die in that game is stupid, if you actually had a penalty for dying man i would have been annoyed more than just losing 10 seconds of your day.

I didn't mean that in any malicious way man, it was meant as a joke, I just have a fucked up sense of humour

I'm gonna add The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass to my list, shittiest control scheme concept in the world.

The Bunker on LittleBigPlanet.
Completely agree, especially at that bloody part with the giant wheel witch spins around with loads of lightning bits in it, i ended up rage quitting on the topic of: "HOW THE F**K DO YOU EXPECT US TO DO THIS YOU MOTHERF**KING RETARDS!!!!"

the Tomb Raider and Zelda games for game-boy color. Oh my god I wanted to break the gameboy....
I never had a problem with Zelda for the gbc, Tomb Raider was the cause of the untimely demise of my cousin's gameboy thought, and was it ever hilarious to watch.

I've heard many people say they had no problem with Zelda lol. I just didn't get it I guess. *shrug*

But yes, I could see that happening with TR....I would be amused to watch that as well. :)

Fallout 3 crashed once badly. That hurt. CoD: WaW is broken like everywhere. It took me few days to figure out how to get Rise Of Nations to work on Windows 7. There's so many of these.

The real rage in-game comes from sports games like FIFA and NHL though. Seriously.

NWN2 and Dragon Age Origins.

I really loved NWN and had high hopes for these two, but somehow the combat & movement is just a chore. I really want to play through for the story but I just can't bear to slog through the horrible combat system. I don't get it, they're so similar to NWN but somehow they just don't work. I gave up on NWN2 after the third time I had to restart due to bugs (another issue with NWN2)and after a couple of days with DA:O as it slowly sunk in that the combat system hadn't got any better.

It's a bit like having your favourite chocolate cake that your nan makes, only to find she's gone a bit senile and baked a load of gravel into it.

Right now GTA IV, it's not exactly hard but the driving is beyond terrible, I almost wanted to throw my controller after failing the same chase mission 3 times in a row because my car flipped and went spinning for the tiniest collisions.
What's annoying me is the lack of in-mission check points. It's not as big a deal in the shorter missions, but in the longer ones, like the bank heist, there's so much opportunity for something to go wrong that it just doesn't seem fair to have to go all the way back to the start if something happens.

I agree about NWN2 controls, I hate them too. But the story is much better, it kept me all thorough, while hlaf hour in NWN1 I was asleep just wanting to see the end that never arrived and it was all just a click feast. Maybe using a melee PC, monk, was not the best idea.

Anyway... the one that frustrated me most?.

NBA Live 2005. Because it's cheating!.

Up to hard (second hardest) it's way too easy, I win by more than 50 points, I got a record of 205-68. That's boooooooooooring.

So I go to Superhuman apart from our teammates not helping in defense, we find:

- If I'm having an easy game and go 10+ up before tenth minute, then anything I do to defend is a 2+1. Oh, riiiiiight, everytime I hit steal ball the player was just starting to jump, and yeeees, even if my Shaq is falling on his Paul like a sledgehammer the ball ends in. Suuuuuure! And if he fails the FT the rebound is for the attacker always, because we know defenders have the hardest to take rebounds.

- If we reach last 5 minutes ahead, the next happen:

· Keys to dribble around the enemy becomes "grab the ball with both hands and run like hell to back court ignoring all the player's desperate push of button to pash the ball or move other way".

· If player has tip of finger over a line it's a back court or a throwin. But if the AI has all the body and the ball gone the other side but keep the finger tip over the line, it's okay. One would be tempted to say "wrong graphic mapping", were it not because it happens always in favour of AI and independent on the side of each.

· You had your center in full superiority getting all times that play on target?. Could he always shove his defender?. Well, even if he's just rested and your foe is all tired, the other man is now a rock and after that 25/25 becomes not a 0/2 for a 25/27 but a 0/15 for a final 25/40.

· Ooooh, but that's not all. Shaquile O'Neal is unable to shove even the rival's point guard, but the rival point guard, even the one with 5'1'' will set Shaq flying away with just a small touch.

· You know how when releasing button when the hand was like that made it a gone in throw?. Now that point doesn't exist, but if you see it in a throw and release button in right moment, it will still not go in.

· Ah, if AI misses a FT, rebound is for them.

· When you get some 3Ps (not all, but it can be identified which), the AI won't follow trying returning, it will return, to the point if you see AI jumping for a 2P you know it will be a miss and rebound for them to get the 3P.

· FTs for you are done with two bars that move and have to be stopped within a central lighted spot. In these minutes when you shoot the first FT, it will change the time of delay between button hit and bar stop from what is the known time for the player throwing it, so you'll miss. For the second you have two options: you adapt, then it'll return to original right timing, making you miss; or you keep with the original, then it will keep the modified timing, so you'll miss again.

· If you're 1 or 2 points down, AI has the ball, it's less than 12 seconds to go, the player with the ball is a good FTer and click "make intentional foul" order, you'll see your players immediately running to slap him. However if the ball has gone to AI team's worst FTer and you issue the order you'll see your players backing before him, hands up in "I'm not touching him! attitude and doing their best to avoid the slightest contact, avoiding making a foul", when that player makes the pass to their best FTer, you'll see those two players running to him, not like rugby players, but like rage blinded berserker bulls to throw themselves at him to makes sure it's a ball, and they won't stop no matter what you try to annul the order, your only hope is that they'll get so hard on him the best FTer will be injureded and perhaps his replacement isn't good (hard), but that's not happening.

So, NBA Live 2005 and rest of franchise... go to hell!.

For me it would have to be Worms 2. I still love that game, but there is no way to predict where your bazooka shots will go unless you have a degree from the university of smartass.

EDIT: There were a few reasons why this was frustrating. 1. Because the AI always knew exactly how to use physics engine to its advantage, and 2. Whenever I played it with any of my friends or family offline (this was before I could access the internet, or even knew what it was) by having me control everything, and just take orders from my opponents when it was their turn (they didn't know the controls, wouldn't listen when I taught the controls to them, and so on). This inevitably meant that whenever I made a mistake and the physics engine completely fucked my opponent over on their turn, they would accuse me of cheating, even when, on my next turn, I completely fucked myself over (by accident usually; the only way I could deliberately fuck myself over is by having my worms jump into the water, plant timed explosives next to themselves, or fire a bazooka/mortar straight up, etc.).

Starlancer's very last mission.

"THE ION CANNON IS TARGETTING US, GET OUT OF ITS RANGE!!!!"

Took me about a week to do that level. But hell, no one here will remember that game.

I think my last "Oh, FUCK THIS!" /ragequit was with Lost Odyssey at the part in the game where you're wandering about in your little boat-thing and you have to try and save some shithole town from 3 massive robot-monster bosses in a timed event.

Odd that, I really liked the story in NWN1, but all the "chosen one" crap in NWN2 didn't grab me at all. By the time I gave up I had forgotten why my charcater was doing whatever task I was trying to accomplish and didn't care anymore either. It's probably because I was forced into it and given a character background that I didn't want.

I would say Elite Beat Agents, but I don't think I was all that frustrated when I had to replay each song constantly because it was so awesome.

Now, trying to get all 120 stars in both Super Mario 64 and Galaxy, on the other hand...I'll just say that my hatred for foot-racing levels is reinforced.
