Who would you cast as The Riddler in the next Batman movie?

Well, for a really different take on the character (less insane, and instead more cold, detached, and with a touch of elitist condescension), I would say Stephen Fry.

Stephen Fry is has bipolar disorder so you could get some crazy out of him as well.

I think the joker(Heath Ledger's joker)was the best Batman villain, so trying to top him would be unwise... I doubt the next Batman-movie will be better than the dark knight.

Maybe a Joker copycat and Zsasz? Then Batman would have to take on someone similar to the Joker and a psycho serial killer at the same time...

It wasn't "the Joker" that made the Dark Knight great. It was "Ledger's Joker" - the fact that Heath Ledger did such an ungodly awesome job of playing him. I never actually liked the joker all that much.
Ledger definitely set the bar pretty high, but matching it's not impossible.
And I hate Zsasz.

This, definatly this. If not him then someone who can talk fast and act quirky, like every actor that's ever played dr who. Maybe guy who did the voice acting for the Riddler in arkham asylum, or at least someone who sounds like him and looks like the Riddler.
