Killing Nazi's is a classic American pastime alongside Baseball and making money. I'd say there is nothing wrong with it. :)

It's the only time in history the U.S was waging a war on somebody as big of a villain as themselves.

They won't let us forget what 'heroes' they are any time soon.

Well that's because the people who fought that war were Heroes!
Jesus insult the military more?

However politically speaking I do admit we are quite sinister....I want in on it Bwahahahaha >:D POWER I DEMAND IT!!!

All joking aside, that was the last war where the American Military had full support from it's citizens.....Unlike 'Nam and this one e__e

This just proves that the more society is divided on the cause for fighting the more likely the military will probably fail.
Vietnam actually had the majority support of the citizens up until the Tet Offensive. Also WW2 only had the full support of the U.S. public from like 1941-1943, around the time of D-Day most Americans were not a fan of the war and they wanted the country to return to it's isolationist foreign policy. Much like after 9/11 most of America wanted something done, despite the fact that there was no clear cut enemy, and after a year or two the Afghanistan and Iraq wars became something that the public just wants to be done with because it is pointless and causing unnecessary damage.

The only reason it seems to the rest of the world that the U.S. is so pro war is, surprise, propaganda. For some reason or another our media feels the need to create this image of the average American as a redneck moron who has a gun rack in the rear window of their Ford pickup truck and want to shoot anyone who isn't white, protestant, and pro-war. For those of you in countries besides the U.S. it is our government that is stupid and to be quite honest I feel that the majority of Americans would rather just admit our mistakes, apologize, get the fuck out of there, and let everyone else just live in peace. So the next time you think about hating Americans you should direct that hate to our government, not the average American.

Sgt. Rock has been killing Nazis since 1959.

It seems America will never tire of it.
Don't forget Cap was the first one to take on Hitler.

He was punching Hitler before it was cool which came out a year before the attack on Pearl Harbor.

America will never tire of killing Nazi's because they are white people who committed systematic genocide. I'd hate to see the hell storm if a game took place in Rwanda.

It's perfectly Politically Correct to kill Nazis, so no, it will never stop.

I sure hope not- America makes most of the world's games, and killing Nazis will never get old. I'd much rather be battling the Third Reich on an epic scale than having shitty little skirmishes with so called terrorists in the desert. I like my battles to actually have consequences, y'know?

It'll never end. I don't know why, but I don't believe everyone in the world will want to stop.

They never will because the last war that America made an obvious win in was World War 2.

Well, the World War 2 was the last war when you were "heroes"( compared to Nazis ). Maybe the Americans use the Nazis to don´t have to admit that they are a bunch of twats, and that they have alienated the entire fucking world.

They're the last nation/state enemy that can carry the "bad guy" label and for the most part it seems that no one is too offended(I'm not entirely sure what the pulse is like in Germany). The irony is that many of the Nazi soldiers were just everyday German citizens that were forced into the Nazi ranks and wanted nothing to do with the political regime or WW2.

More on topic, I'm fairly sick of seeing WW2 games just because they all seem to be trying to glorify a war that's been over for 60+ years and...does war deserve glorifying in the first place? I suppose we just need an enemy we can continue to hate and feel good about...

How about a game where instead of killing Nazis we storm Washington D.C. with wiffle bats and beat the shit out of our useless politicians? That would be refreshing.
