well sorry it was out on Dvd in Ireland today and I had to spend all yesterday stickering rentals in work and all today telling people not to get it ,all the while enduring a decent portion of my friends and customers telling me how amazing it was just trying to get some agreement is all

Just trying to get a little entertainment no need to be so hostile. I know not the most intelligent thread but it got people posting its only for fun it will be washed over soon enough. I,ve read some funny posts and laughed.

The thing is, everyone hates Twilight, but it doesn't need to be spoken out. It's a crappy book series with a crappy movie adaptation, and quite frankly I am tired and pissed off at people constantly whinging about it all the time. That goes for both sides.

It's a book so bad that it's not worth anyone's time. So please, save perfectly good forum real estate and just ignore it.

It's a fad like Harry Potter, people are/are getting bored of it quick.

I'm not being hostile, I actually think I'm being quite cordial. However much I despise the book, and you despise the book, there's no need to make an entire thread about flaming it. There are people on this board who enjoy the book, and you very likely offended them.

Entertainment is fine, but not at the cost of another.

My friend plays poker with his band mates and we joked over the entire thing. We had a running joke over it as well. Apparently fans were getting trampled at events and non-fans were being injured and the like... Well my friend's suggestion was to take all the Twilight books and start pawning them off on random people in the street.

Then we developed a much better solution. To have his band mates dress up as horror movie stars and have them playing poker for the Twilight books. The thing is, they'd all fold. So basically you know the books are horrible when that happens. We had even joked about YouTubing a parody of something like that and then calling it "These Vampires Bite Pillows."

nothing about the movie being good so I think we can safely say this movie is crap and should goto hell and maybe Edward Cullens should get a myspace page and have it posted on the telly so we dont have to sit/watch/hear/smell/feel.etc anything about this movie again...or the next 3 movies that are gonna come out sooner or later....
