If an 8 year old is regularly seeing boob, something has gone wrong. In the west (And the east. Ok, in everywhere outside of some tribes. Oh, and nudist colonies. But in my eyes that falls in between "Tribe" and "Cult".) women habitually wear clothing. This is just how it is. And because kiddies have no interest (And we dont want them to have any interest) tits etc are not exactly common in kiddie films.

Besides, it's not like little kids all of the time don't get forcibly exposed to death, either.
