Just to let you guys know, a long rant is about to ensue. Don't really know if anyone's gonna read this, as it's gonna be on page 9, but I got on a tangent, dammit.
I hate the word "superior". It's mainly due to the fact that I hear shit like "Oh, ___ is CLEARLY the superior game" or "____ is CLEARLY the superior platform." To me, it just makes me feel like someone's trying to lord over someone else.
In that vein, it annoys the fuck out of me when people try to claim that one system is better than another, because of ____ reason. I'm in the FIRM belief that they all have their own strengths and weaknesses that make them all in equal footing.
Another thing is "immersion." I don't feel the need to be totally engrossed in the game I'm in, so I feel like that's actually me riding that horse to go fight that dragon. I know what they mean, like by trying to get into the game, it just annoys me when it seems like all they care about is trying to mentally be that character.
Any form of "this game is shit." It hurts my head whenever I see that phrase, because it just makes me head desk so hard. I've seen that thrown around for so many games, all of which were not bad at all. Not to not to mention when it's thrown around as fact, rather than opinion. I'll more likely take one's opinion into view if they said something like "I don't think this game is very good" more than "this game is shit."
Any form of "This game has bad graphics" or, "this game needs better graphics." Yeah, once again, I see the point in this one. Someone would want their game to look good, especially if they were to be staring at it for hours on end. But to me, it seems like they want it to look totally realistic. Newsflash, games weren't meant to be totally realistic, they were meant to let you escape the world! If a game is
too realistic, it'll saddle it's ass right into the Uncanny Valley.
"LOL" or "Lawl" or anything of that ilk not in type form, and not in some sort of informal thing.
"Dumbed down" See, this one is a bit hypocritical, because I see Saints Row 3 as being dumbed down from SR2, but I hate it when it makes people hate on sequels just because of it.
"Console Port" "PC port" ect. See the console war section.
"Trolling" and any action associated with it. I figure this world is ass enough without people acting like fuckheads to each other, and ruining other's fun.
Any form of terrible spelling. If you are going to speak the language, learn how it works.
For that matter, intentional misspellings piss me off the most, like "U" or "ur".
"Tryhard" and "Nolifer". Just attempts at trying to regain lost pride for getting your ass handed to you by someone who's just better.
Any form of trying to undermine someone by inferring that you're older than them, and therefore obviously much better because age.
Any form of a female letting everyone know they're a chick and therefor must be treated better. I've met girls who're pretty cool online, but it always grinds my gears (sorry for the Family Guy reference) when I get one that's like "GO EASY ON ME BOYS!"
And for that matter, all of the shit like "Go make me a sandwich" or "Go back to the kitchen" is not funny guys, and it never has, nor it never will be. It just makes our gender look like sexist idiots.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I don't play this game all the time I have a life." Well, so do all of us that play it. You're just mad that you get beaten, and want to try to belittle the victors.
And since I'm at the bottom of my post, one of the things I hate the most is "TL;DR". If you're too stupid/lazy to read something someone obviously put a lot of work into writing, then don't bother to comment.

One last thing, also not really a "word" per se, but PC elitists who feel the need to tout their superiority for having a $3000 machine. Look, I get it, your rig won't be obsolete until after the next console gen comes out because you went so far into overkill territory that you've got power to spare because there isn't a single damn game that will be released this generation that will take advantage of your hardware, but don't start shoving your smug ego down everyone else's throats, especially when those other people primarily like to game on the PC too.
I was going to post my dislike of people who use the term "PC gaming master race", mostly for the reason you mentioned, but also because:
1-They seem to have forgotten that the Nazis (The ones who popularized the phrase and the first thing people think of when they hear "master race") were the bad guys. I hate to invoke Godwin's, but what else are we supposed to think of with that phrasing?
2-They believe that since they have to concern themselves with system specs and whatnot, anyone who plays a console knows nothing of technology and are a bunch of idiots with a My First Gaming Platform toy.
3-As a result, they tend towards being insufferably smug whenever something bad happens to console games. For instance, once PSN got hacked and XBox Live was at risk a bunch of people were commenting "This would never happen ON STEAM! DID I MENTION I USE A PC TO GAME?"
4-Whenever a game dares to be exclusive to consoles, they ***** and whine about it endlessly, but gloat about any game that happens to be PC exlusive.
This isn't directed at all PC gamers, since I am one myself, but it's people who believe themselves to be "better" gamers than everyone else solely because they play games in a different way to other people who give the rest of us a bad name.
I also agree with these two people, in full.
