England/Wales/Scotland (Does anywhere else have the SAS or SBS?), Ireland (they have experience wiht guns) and Germany (why not?)
not america, unless the enemies have grabbed my back and are humping me (i am gonna get flamed for that, unless they dont realise i am making friendly fire reference. except they still dont know what it is, cos they call it "blue fire" which sounds less like "i shot my friend in the back cos ive seen too many movies and wasnt paying attention")

Britain for special forces.

France for cannon fodder.

America to be behind the French so if the enemy doesn't kill them, the americans can finish them off and say it was an accident and to be the main attack force.

Germany to be second elites behind Britain and also research and development of new weaponry and special weaponry against the French.

Japan for the technology.

Then again, this is all well and good, but last time i checked there ARE nuclear weapons around, so WWIII would last for about 5 minutes....and america would claim they won.

To get into the SAS, you have to be a UK citizen, been in the Armed forces for at least 3 years and been put forwards by your squadmates THEN pass the entry.
to get into the SEALs, you dont even have to be American, just pass the entry
they also trained to mainly be assassins, so in a holding action they fail, unlike the SAS who are good enough to have survived 3 years in the army

Honestly, some of the combinations seem to be 'everyone on my side' which makes me wonder just who the hell you will be fighting after you have your side.

And that will be my answer: I will have all the nations of the world on my side bar... I don't know... The Vatican? Guaranteed success there, we couldn't even fit our whole invading army into their country!

I never said it doesn't count - they're obviously good; it's just that I consider the actual combat to be more important than competitions. After all, someone who excelled at training isn't always the best when he's finally deployed.

I mean, I guess my dreamteam would be every country available...

If I had to pick the best I'd go for USA, UK, Russia, Israel and Germany.
