For me its a tie between 300 and Sin City.
Both of them just sucked balls, they didnt entertain me even a little bit, 300 for its extremely childish way of telling a story and its rampant use of Slow-motion, and Sin City for its annoying "art"style, generally bad acting and craptastic story, though it did include an armed hooker mob...that it does get some style points for.
They see me trollin' they hatin'
Yeah if you aren't trolling, you're officially the worst critic on this board.
For me? Blair Witch Project. Hell, it wasn't even a good student film, it should've never seen a major release.
So im a troll because i didnt like a couple of movies that you liked...?
Yes. Yes you are. I'd go into the reasons, but it's easier to just say that you are a troll because I say so.
You do know that the only one who's been trolling here is you, right?
So if i were you i'd look up what a troll is before you start to accuse others of being one, cause a troll blaiming others for trolling is nothing more than pathetic.
No, for me to be trolling I'd have to be trying to provoke a reaction from someone. I'm not doing that.
And I did leave another option for you if read the original post. I said in different words that if you weren't trolling then you have no taste in movies. So if you genuinely weren't trolling by claiming 300 and Sin City (very popular movies amongst our demographic which makes me think you were trying to provoke a reaction) belonged anywhere NEAR the list of "worst movies evar" and you actually believe that, then fine you aren't a troll. You're just tasteless.
Protip: what I'm doing is called flaming, it's what you call the reaction most trolls are trying to provoke. Learn your internet terminology!
Sorry but i honestly cant take advice from someone as arrogant as yourself, calling me tasteless just because i dont like the same movies you do isnt what i'd call professional in ANY sense of the word.
I hated Sin City and 300, that was my honest opinion, i wouldnt lie about it as all my friends know that i hated those movies, and dont call me tasteless when just about all my favourite movies have been voted in the top 100 on IMDB by 100.000+ people.
No, you misunderstand. I'm not offering advice. Advice would be telling you that you're better off not continuing in this conversation. I'm criticizing you and your "taste" in movies and to judge from other posts here, I'm not the only one.
Good day!
If you dont agree with my taste in movies, then why'd you even bother to try and argue about it?, cause according to hundreds of thousands of people (yes, 100.000+) i have good taste, and when it comes to having taste in movies, i kinda rely more on 100.000+ people on IMDB than on 1 arrogant person on a gaming forum, so calling my taste in movies bad AND using the fact that they are hyped as hell as an argument just shows how arrogant you are when it comes to movies, Face facts: Just because you love a movie doesnt make it perfect!, so dont be a ***** about it and just accept that you dont have the best taste in the world.
I love how seriously you're taking all this. At this point I'm only responding out of amusement.
Let's review a few things.
1.Arrogance
Ar"ro*gance\, n. [F., fr. L. arrogantia, fr. arrogans. See Arrogant.] The act or habit of arrogating, or making undue claims in an overbearing manner; that species of pride which consists in exorbitant claims of rank, dignity, estimation, or power, or which exalts the worth or importance of the person to an undue degree; proud contempt of others; lordliness; haughtiness; self-assumption; presumption.
If you read the definition, you'll note that a key point in said definition is that my statements must be self exalting or contain "exorbitant claims of rank, dignity, estimation."
My behavior is approaching arrogance, but isn't quite there yet, though the more I converse with you, the more convinced of my own superiority I become. The reason I say this is because this is an opinion forum. It is no more arrogant of me to disagree with your opinion and say so than it is for you to have one and say so. In fact the tone of your posts seems to be increasingly irritated that I dare to continue arguing with you. Seems to me that makes you considerably more arrogant than I.
You could argue that I displayed some arrogance in declaring you a troll because I said so, but in all honesty I didn't do that out of some sense of self importance, rather just because I didn't have time (or perhaps just the inclination) to type out why I thought you're a troll.
2. I am not calling you tasteless because you don't like the same movies I do. I am calling you tasteless because you grouped 300 and Sin City in with the likes of Uwe Boll films, Plan 9 from outerspace and Doom. Put simply, even if all your criticisms were valid (which they aren't, but forgetting that) they were still significantly better movies in production value, acting, music, directorship, writing and special effects than most of the movies this thread has listed.
3. As stated this is an opinion forum and I am completely within rights to criticize your opinion as you are completely within rights to criticize mine.
4. You should really try and take this all a little less seriously. Maybe go out and have some fun that doesn't involve posting on a forum. Honestly, you're far too worked up over a private little flame war. It isn't healthy. Go spend some time outside, or hanging around a member of the opposite sex. Smoke some weed, drink a beer, play a sport. Whatever. But really, the way you keep getting progressively more annoyed with each post? Not healthy.
5. You still don't have taste, but it's okay. Words on the internet can't hurt you unless you let them.
