I fell down some stairs. 50 steps. Head first.

Got away with just a broken leg, but I imagine the lack of feeling afterwards if how I would of felt if I was disabled completely.

I dislocated my left shoulder while playing Ice Hockey at our National under 23's tournament.

I put it back in when I got back to the bench, this was the first game of the tourny. I didn't miss a single game, and dislocated it another two times for my trouble.

Yep, that hurt.

Edit: In the future make sure someone strong is putting it back in, otherwise it can take a while like it did for you. Mine went straight back in, and I played the rest of the game.
This is a little off topic, but can you click yours? After what happened to mine, if I move it in a certain way while applying preasure with my hand it cracks, rather loudly.

Cool party trick I suppose.
Mine doesn't exactly click...it sort of crunches. Applying pressure makes no difference at all.

Well thats pretty disguisting... "crunches"? Eww.

Breaking both arms and legs and hurting my neck and having steel nails in my arms and legs to fix the problem.
How'd you manage that?
Snowboarding hitting some ice and some rails while bailing

I broke my radius in the 6th grade, and the doctor had to realign the bone. The painkillers did shit.

Jumping on a trampoline and landing on my knees while bending backwards, I can say it did not help my back, at all.

I also once drove headlong into a wall with a go-kart at 30/kmh when I was 10, got a nice injury on my liver. But that's not what hurt, I acually didn't feel anything when I crashed (I realised first the day after that I had lost large peices of my skin on my chin, wich apparently got ripped off when I slipped my chin on the steiring wheel.)

What hurt though, was when they started giving me needles. 7 needles to be exact, because these retards had big problems finding my blood vessels, even though they where so visible you'd think they'd pop right through my skin.

Well this was back when I was in kindergarten. One of my parents had come to get me early, but one of my friends really didn't want me to leave, and just as I was going out the door, I had my hand on the corner and he shut the door on my thumb. He shut it hard enough that my nail actually snapped off, and it was bleeding like crazy. I was actually given some painkillers to help with the crazy pain from that.

I also broke my leg because of idiots in the 8th grade. Two huge guys decided to pile on top of me, and one was stupid enough to try and flip me over on my back while forgetting he had my legs pinned down. He twisted me, we heard a huge crack, and I nearly make them go deaf with a huge scream.

I've dislocated my shoulders three times now (right one twice, left one once).

It doesn't REALLY start to hurt until you force the joint back in. Which I did, all three times.

Still, I don't think I hold a candle to some of the really bad ones here, like the broken bones and degenerative disorders. All I can say is... ouch.

Anyway, in the process I dislocated my shoulder.
dam, you punched them -that- hard? o__O

my worst pain was getting stitches...and the doctor didn't use enough anesthetic
Oh, come on it's not that painful (the stitches part). That has happened to me on at least 5 occasions. In my my face no less.
Do you -really- want to know where these stitches were sown? (I left this account vague on purpose to begin with, haha. Yes, it's where you're thinking)

Not to mention the pain and swelling I had 'there' for two weeks afterward. Ooooof... >____>

Well, here's my list so far :)
Having to undergo 3 or 4 operations as a child, one through the groin, and though I don't remember much of them I know the groin one hurt like hell! ><
Falling off a horse; I've done it 3 times and hell, it hurts no less the more times you do it.
Being bitten by a horse; not pleasant when it decides your elbow is a chew toy.
Being trodden on by a horse; they have big feet and it cripples you for days! ><
Being bitten by an ex-police dog; that probably tops the lot though. I still have a scar on my arm as a result of it.

There was the time I was mauled by a fearsome housecat that is now staring at me, waiting to be fed.

Fractured my left radius during the third day of practice of 7th grade football. It was great because I didn't want to play, my parents made me play. I got to be manager that year, it was awesome. I realize now that It was pretty lame because it was only a hairline and I still could have played.
