I used to get migraine headaches pretty frequently, and the worst one happened when I was maybe 11 years old and had gotten up first thing in the morning and played video games for a few hours without eating. It was so bad that I threw up, and kept retching even after there was nothing left. Then I pretty much passed out at around noon, and slept until noon the next day.

EDIT: I just remembered a worse pain. A year and a half ago my foot started feeling sore, then I couldn't walk on it, and it got to the point where even if I didn't put any pressure on it I was in excruciating pain. I went to the hospital, and it turns out I had bruised one of the cartilage growth plates in my foot. I had to be in a cast/splint for a few weeks.

Fell from about 8-10 meters on to grass. Grass hurts like hell! Or getting hit with a golf club. The fall is more memorable because it lasted longer.

I broke my back in a horse riding accident when I was 14. I got thrown and cracked it over a fallen log (I was facing the sky and went into a "n" shape). Funny thing is i got up and ran 3 steps before realising I couldnt feel (or use) my legs. Took me a year to walk again.
I also dislocated my shoulder and crushed my right elbow in another incident too. But the dislocated shoulder hurt the most. I almost threw up the pain was so bad.

Stomach Flu. Two weeks of severe dehydration, vomiting, diarrhea, and having abdominal pains so bad I could barely get off the couch for more then a few seconds...

I've also had my wisdom teeth removed, had strep throat twice, been attacked by a very old and unbalanced dog. But the Stomach flu was still the worst...

Despite all the hiking, off roading, and high risk activities I do, I've never broken a single bone...

After-surgery stitches. When the drugs wore off, I was like "Hey, it's not that bad!". But then I tried to sit up and couldn't cause I was paralyzed by the pain.

My most recent, would be Kidney stones, but I had small ones, and by the time they got to my bladder they dissolved, but good lord did they hurt the rest of the way! I got lucky, especially compared to a lot of the stories I'm reading on here about kidney stones or anything else for that matter.

Another was bruised ribs from a car accident I should have died in. I didn't even find out till the following day that they were bruised. I refused medical treatment because aside from a bleeding ear (glass cut it a little) I felt fine.

Then there was the operation to remove my ingrown toe nails on both big toes. Following days, not so fun.

Also had a Nissen Fundoplication ([http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissen_fundoplication] if you're curious...) done and peeing for the first time in a week was awfully painful. Then I come home and my youngest brother, being happy I was home, comes bum rushing me giving me a big hug. Yeah bad idea when my stomach just got operated on! And now considering I CAN puke again, that's pretty awful too.

Lastly when I was about 10, I fell off my bike and nearly impaled my head on the handlebars that had exposed ends. Again with the luck though, I just cut my ear (the tragus part) pretty bad.

I feel no pain. No seriously I have Congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis (CIPA) though on a side note it sucks to have to check myself every second for cuts and whatever.

Ingrown toe nail...

Easily treated, but I don't like doctors much, so I left it. Then after a day with lots of walking, running around and just basically using my foot, the nail was well and truly deep inside my toe. I could not put my foot to the floor and pain was shooting up my leg.

Naturally it got infected, and naturally, I looked at my hugely swollen big toe with contempt. How dare it treat me like this after I've fed and loved it for 19 years?

My toe was to badly swollen for me to do anything with the normal nail gear to remove the toe nail, but the parts where it had swollen were a bit numb, so I got a pair of scissors and just cut a part of the toe off, the part that goes down the side of the nail, made a huge flap of skin, peeled it back and just cut the nail off and yanked out the bit that was sticking in.

Now the blood was flowing, but I felt all happy, sweaty and delerious from my DIY home surgery, one paper towel later (Bounty/Plenty.... one sheet, you know? for the blood) and a pair of paracetamol and I was fine. Hurt the next day, but I've never had trouble with my toe again.

On reflection, I'm really very lucky I did not get blood poisoning, or something much worse.

Riding horses is awesome, luckily I've never fallen, thank goodness for these meaty thighs!

By been there, do you mean the morphine? Or the torsion?

By the dots, I'm assuming the torsion. Sucks doesn't it?
Oh yes... The torsion...
It's not something I'll forget that's for sure.

I do need to think of a better story for the scar than "my balls decided to break." Y'know, for the ladies.

At the end of a long battle my master told me that he had the higher ground and it was over...I didn't listen.

I got both my legs and my left arm sliced off, only to go through painful reconstructive surgery that makes me sound permanently asthmatic.

That hurt...a lot.
