Does dealing with my one-year-younger-than-me sister count? I'd rather take a bullet any day.

But physically, nothing much happened to me. Just sprained my ankle bad(could've sworn it was broke). Also, hit my head on the boom of an excavator. Holy SHIT that hurt.

EDIT:Oh god, I just looked at everyone else's posts. I'm now officially afraid to get out of my house. And I'm going to buy myself a doctor. A good one. Like Gregory House good.

Apparently getting punched in the armpit is one of the most painful things ever, so I can't even imagine that. D:

Nothing recently, but when I was like 6-8 my Dad was rocking a "boat" See-Saw really fast, and I decided to stand up, and I went flying into the side and I impaled my left arm on a piece of wood. Then I had to wait forever and I had to have my arm sticked up with a needle while I was conscious.

I collapsed my lung and had tubes all over so I couldnt get up out of the bed

The doctor was removing some stitches from my back that had gotten infected. It had been weeping pus for days, it was all red and deep and enflamed and painful. Well when he was removing it, he does a snip with the scissors in one hand, and a sharp yank with the tweezers in the other, thus removing it in one fluent motion. However, on the biggest one, he missed with the scissors - and before he could stop himself - he gave it a great big yank. Now, the pain only lasted a minute or two, and it was localised in a pretty small area, but it was pretty flippin painful.

Have you ever faced Super-intense amounts of pain? if so, care to share?

well, I don't care what my dad said about me going through an IV stand at infancy, I think the worst pain I had, and still have, was a time when I was getting down a table my family stored in an old house that's still being rebuilt, and I accidently stepped on a rusty nail that stabbed the bottom of my foot, I had to go to a doctor to get antibiotics after that, had a needle to my butt, both of these things made it hurt to walk too much, but the needle pain's gone, but the nail to the foot pain still reminds.

good news about is, it's been 1 day since I hurt my foot got hurt by that rusty nail, and it got a little bit better, but not alot.

I had a root canal a few years back. I was 48 hours just short of the tooth going septic, and the pain was so bad that no amount of painkillers could reduce that coninuous throbbing paion that made me burst into tears every few seconds. Thank goodness I got some antibiotics, and now that tooth is filled with a pink rubber.

Appendicitis. Rough stuff. I would throw up until there was nothing left in me, then just dry heave. All of which killed to do. Then getting it out, the scar was so painful for about 3 days.

Well, some people are embellishing it.

But then, there are plenty of people who have undergone extremely painful procedures/accidents. There are a lucky few who haven't experienced an agonizing level of pain. But, pain itself is relative. It doesn't matter if someone's leg was amputated, packing was removed from an open incision, or someone simply slammed their finger in a door. The worst pain you've felt is still the worst pain you've felt.

Double Charlie Horse. Kinda wimpy compared to some of these other ones, but man, that hurt. Braces gets a close second, if only because they hurt right after tightening and there's almost literally nothing to be done about that screeching pain at the base of all of your teeth.

When I was an infant, I pulled a pot of near boiling water onto myself. Ha to endure many sessions of blister and skin scraping at the hospital to prevent scarring. I'm sure thats the most painful thing I've experienced, but luckly I dont remember it.

Last February I shot a 3/14" nail under my kneecap using an air nailer. That was damn near crippling for a month. Hurt like a ***** for a long time after that.
