Mokujin style characters are there for when you're really good at the game, and can recognise who you are from the stance, and have a reasonable grounding with everyone's moveset. They're not quite Dan, but they're still there to show that you can beat someone even with random movesets.DemonGuy792 said:Mokujin in Tekken 5 - I hate "EdgeMaster" characters, I like to pick a character and use their weapon or fighting style for the match, not switch every round.
No, pretty sure Yoda trumps Vader's uselessness. Yoda might be the most broken character in fighting game history.Ace of Spades said:Darth Vader in Soul Calibur 4
I loved Oddjob! The goldeneye unlocks were the bestGloatingSwine said:Oddjob.

Well, I've played with both of them, and I like Yoda better. When I randomly mash buttons, I can pull off some really cool tricks.JBarracudaL said:No, pretty sure Yoda trumps Vader's uselessness. Fair enough, I'm probably just bitter from leaping accidentally out of stage with him around 20 times during story and arcade mode.Ace of Spades said:Well, I've played with both of them, and I like Yoda better. When I randomly mash buttons, I can pull off some really cool tricks.
Haha! Oddjob was awesome! My rule was 'You HAVE to be oddjob, and no weapons other than the hat'GloatingSwine said:Oddjob.

Haha, I did that once when my my friend side-stepped my attempt at a throw.JBarracudaL said:Fair enough, I'm probably just bitter from leaping accidentally out of stage with him around 20 times during story and arcade mode.Ace of Spades said:Well, I've played with both of them, and I like Yoda better. Ninja monkey all the way baby, blowing people away from their kneecaps was never more satisfying.dekkarax said:which neatly follows up to the absolute #1 Timesplitters rule: "No Monkeys"GloatingSwine said:Oddjob.

he really did suck i think he was just a fill in for the creaters loseing ideas... hell even on of the creaters wore the suit and he looked just like the guyrottenbutter said:Mokap from Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. Do I even need to explain how stupid the idea of a guy in a motion capture suit, in a Mortal kombat game is?
you sir, need to be burned at the stake you dirty filesharing communist! Marth was the best character in Melee, and even when he got gimped, he is one of the best characters in Brawl! SCUM!Elurindel said:Marth in SSBB...who cares? Also, why have three characters from Starfox with exactly the same final smash?
what in the crap are you talking about? Falco was slower, there was no way in hell falco is faster than fox. But he IS beter, thats for sure.AceDiamond said:Yes and no. Falco throws his deflector instead of having it generate a field around him. He also falls faster and is, allegedly, stronger. You are right in saying that Wolf plays much differently than either of them though.PedroSteckecilo said:Falco in SSBB, there really is NO reason for him to be in the game. He moves like Fox, attacks like Fox and has the same smash as Fox, he serves NO purpose. At least Wolf plays a little differently.
like hell you did. Toast wtf are u smoking? Boo was not in smash bros, not even if you use an action replay disc (trust me i know, you could get giga bowser tho, which was just ridiculous).tk1989 said:You got Boo in Super Smash Bros Melee? did i miss something?KarmicToast said:The worst unlockable character ever was Boo in SSB for Gamecube. Seriously, it takes forever to get him and then he doesn't even really work once you have him.
please explain how in the hell you can get Boo in super smash bros.KarmicToast said:The worst unlockable character ever was Boo in SSB for Gamecube. Seriously, it takes forever to get him and then he doesn't even really work once you have him.
How dare you mock luigiUnholykrumpet said:luigi in Super smash bros. He's been a joke character in nearly all the games (Yes, I know in melee he was an alright character because of his flaming B-up attack, but he's definitely near the lowest on the tier still. He's even worse in brawl and the original. Worse, they run with the strange idea that Luigi is gay, and incorporate that stereotype of weakness into all his attacks. It's rather annoying.
Falco took Fox's blaster from SSB1 and he moves slower... his fire attack thing charges faster, and his dash covers less distance. That last one was a sell for me as I always over shot with Fox and died.PedroSteckecilo said:Falco in SSBB, there really is NO reason for him to be in the game. You can't ignore the fact that his Final Smash is ZA WARUDO and kicks ass.darktheif28 said:How dare you mock luigiUnholykrumpet said:luigi in Super smash bros.
