Well, I got a list.

Uncharted: Drakes Fortune.
You spend the entire level avoiding his ONE attack (An Impossible One-Hit kill to be precise) and killing all his goons and then when you finally get to him you just punch him out through a series of quicktime events. A great-game, a crappy final boss.

Assassin's Creed 2.
The sword-fighting before the final battle is Ok, a bit easy. But then you "settle it like men" afterwards and just repeatadly punch the fucker until it's over. Thats it.

Metro 2033.
Another great game with a bullshit boss. You spend a period of time running from it and then you are given a gun, in which you shoot it, maybe, TWICE in slow motion (provided you dont miss).

Bioshock 2.
Say what you want about the first Bioshocks final boss. Atleast it had a climatic boss fight!. With Bioshock 2 you are just facing a small army of mooks which you have probably been doing throughout the course of the game. Even worse if you have the tonic which turns you invisible when not-moving, as then you don't have to do ANYTHING.

Duke Nukem 3D. (I haven't got the Atomic Editon so this is the Episode 3 boss)
Ok, this only applies if you have the Devastators and full ammo for them. Otherwise, he can be a bastard to take down. But even then all you have to do is circle-strafe while holding down the shoot button.

Canis Canem Edit. (Bully, for you Americans out there)
You and the boss are both on a rooftop fist-fighting eachother to the KO. He is using basic moves while you have more advanced moves learned by the hobo that you can just mash the attack buttons until he falls.

Doom 3.
Ahh, The Cyberdemon. A beast so terrifying that he can make even expereinced Doom veterans piss themselves in fear. So why isn't he like this in this game!?!?!? All you do is avoid his incredibly slow, incredibly rare rockets while killing 5 IMPS or MAGGOTS (these guys die with ONE Shotgun blast!) and then you use the super weapon to instantly hit him and recover all health. Repeat 2 more times to win.

I could probably go on forever, so I'll just end it here.

As much as I love Half-Life, there has never been a good Half-Life boss, besides Striders. Ever.
I agree with this up to a point, there really hasn't been a good -biological- boss in Half-Life i.e. a living enemy, but they always have climactic end-games take in Half-Life 2 (Spoiler) when you must disable the Citadel's core from the inside with your ultra powerful gravity gun.

Any of the monsters from Monster Hunter.
Before I recieve an indignant explosion of profanities, think about it folks. [If you actually played the game all the way through]. Once you figure out how to knock out the beasts and you let the thrill of victory wear off, what do you have left? A feeling that can best be summarized like this: So I seriously just spent the better part of a week grinding for this f***er, learning his moves, getting better armor, etc etc. And all I have to do is DANCE WITH HIM? Seriously, it's move memorization people. It's like virtual ballet with big swords. Once I realized this I nearly cried.
Then I picked up Monster Hunter Unite, and started all over again. *grins*

Dead Space's Hive Mind. If that piss-easy repetitive cycle of dodging its attacks and shooting its well-displayed weak points was the best they could come up with for a direct confrontation with that thing, then they probably should have built a puzzle around it instead (Maybe something like the giant tentacle monster from Half-Life).

Saints Row 2 was pathetic. Great all around, but I'm not even sure why they bothered. He had very little health and was armed with a pistol while you could be walking around with an RPG, an Assualt Rifle with a grenade launcher, A 50. Pistol, and he is there with little pew pew toy...

Went down in a single shot, and the enemies before him were harder!

Calumon: LittleBIGPlanet could have been much harder...
I agree. I saw the cutscene, then the credits. I was f***ing pised the hell off.

Demon's Souls. Compared to even the second boss (depending on your order but normally Tower Knight) it's a joke, really you only need to walk a few steps back after every jab you give him. Although I believe it's just a "relaxed boss" after such a brutal game the final boss should be just as epic not that "thing"...

Old King Allant was simply awesome though but still! Give me a proper FINAL BOSS DEMON'S SOULS!

Mass Effect 2's boss wasn't difficult at all and sort of disappointing. On the harder difficulties bog-standard critters are harder than that battle. Shame, I loved the game. Dragon Age: Origin's final boss fight was a bit of a let-down too. There wasn't very much challenge.

Red Faction: Guerilla.
Seriously, it was about 30 seconds for the final boss to die.

disappointing end bosses... let me see

Does Vergil from Devil may cry 3 at heaven or hell count?
But, I really can't remember any bosses who disappointed me, that also haven't been mentioned yet. That may be because I've actually finished so few games. Maybe Infamous that I lately finished, the last confrontation was way easier then some of the previous missions.
Usually as long the boss itself was a decent challenge or that the aftermath feels good enough, I'm not really disappointed with the ending of the game and all it includes. That's probably why the Super Mario Galaxy games, and Fable 2 endings felt so.. meh

Mirror's Edge. One jump to the helicopter and he's dead. I did harder things midgame!
The true final boss (in my eyes) is the server room. Screw that twat with the machine gun. Screw him.
Really? I thought these guard parties were fun. Of course I tried to knock out and disarm every opponent possible, so I might be a bit biased. I just kicked him, took his gun and coated the room with bullets.

I'm gonna go with Metroid Prime 2. It wasn't that easy to beat, but when you consider how unbelieveably irritatingly difficult the 2nd last boss was, it was quite disappointing.
I dunno, considering there was no saving/healing (iirc) between those two bosses though, I'm glad the last one was as easy as it was. And as it was it was pretty goddamn irritating to think you won, with your precious 2 energy tanks left, then running into another boss, and not figuring out the trick to beating it until you only have 50 energy left, requiring you to beat the penultimate boss AGAIN.

That final sequence frustrated the hell out of me. Metroid Prime 2 was far more difficult than MP 1.

I'd say Mass Effect had a pushover final boss if you actually did all the itty side quests that brought your character to level ~50. The only time you were ever in any danger of dying is when he did his firing like 10 rockets at you, but you pretty much knew to take cover.

I guess I thought Kingdom Hearts 1 had kind of a pushover final boss, but then again I was more confused about the "sudden plot reveals," weird flying ship things, and "wtf are hearts supposed to be?" than concerned with the difficulty of the boss. I guess it was mildly challenging.

FFX had an insanely easy final boss if you took the time to do levelling or ultimate weapon-ing of your characters. Sometimes I'm not sure if my powergaming is a good or bad thing, since it makes a lot of RPG boss-fights too easy.

Halo 3's boss. 343 Guilty Spark was a joke. And this maybe of topic abit but what the hell happened to the good old boss battles that were impossable to win? I miss the days that you had to remeber every move that the boss makes in order, and when you try to beat the final boss about 20 times, just to even get its health bar a fourth of the way down.

AvP 2. All 3 of the story arch "bosses" were a piece of cake. The only one that came close to being good was fighting the Queen at the end of the Marine campaign.

Jade Empire...
You fight what you might assume to be the final boss in the last fifth of the game, and he is quite challenging. But, he isn't the real boss, you'll get to face a real final boss, and what was portrayed as a walking killing machine later on. Neither are even half as challenging as his ethereal highness...

Mega Man Zero 2 -
Elpizo. For a series that's known for badass boss fights. This is a joke. He's more like a midboss that has a lot of health than a final boss. After he transforms into a stupid looking butterfly thing, he just kind of floats there, using relatively easy to avoid attacks, giving you ample opportunity to walk up to him, jump and charged slash at your leisure.

You'd be hard-pressed to find an easier boss in a Mega Man Zero game outside of the intro stages.
