My first thought was a cat girl but i haven't figured out the genes yet to make one. So instead ill go for a 18 - 30 year old girl gamer that prefers rpgs and mmos or if i cant get that ill settle for a female lynx, snow leopard, or fishing cat.

Im going to go with a domesticated silver fox. They are properally domesticated, so not only will they like you, they will be manageable as pets. Also...umm..look at em.

A Livingstone's fruit bat. It's one of the larger fruit bats (about a foot long) and is literally the most adorable thing.

I'd get an Arctic Wolf pup, then it can grow up and be an awesome Arctic Wolf and he'd follow me around everywhere. People would try to attack me or mug me or something, and I'd be like "Ghost, sick 'em" and the wolf would attack like a beast. Then we'd go have pancakes.

The pet fairy isn't giving you an attack animal. That's part of her thing. You can go out for pancakes all you like though.

Depending on the rules of this thread (can the squirrel have some kind of above-average intelligence?), I'm leaning squirrel.

The pet the pet fairy grants you is pretty smart, given that it won't attack you or anyone, is well behaved, won't run away, loves you, and comes from magic.

Within reason, yes. Being such a nice fairy she will help you with that, but seeing as she isn't the construction fairy, she isn't going to be tearing down other people's properties to accommodate your pet.

Yes, you still have to deal with its mess. But being such a nice buddy, your animal friend will be as tidy as possible about it.

Humans are a form of animal and so I'd choose a pet human, he or she would give better conversation and they could carry out tasks such cleaning or driving for me.
