Well my last girlfriend fell under hot, kinda slow, and insane. Insane is not fun. Get out while you still can. I'd go with Hot, Dumb, and sane.
#2. For the utterly socio-pathic reason that they sound like they're someone I can control. Also, stupid people tend to be able to pick out things that one might think would be obvious but which are quickly lost when one overthinks things as smart people tend to do.
2. It's the one where I win the most. She's sane, which is always a bonus. I don't care much for intelligence, I find it makes me feel good when I can tell my girlfriend something and she actually learns something. I don't go for dumb girls, but I prefer them. She's also attractive, which is one of the most important things to me.
I had a friend that was a 1. Both me and a mate had the opportunity to be with her and we both avoided it like you would avoid a herd of Deathclaw. Never want insane in the package, it's okay when it's an actual mental disorder but when it's pure hatred and anger it's not on.

Depends what stupid is... Stupid as in... How do I turn on the light or pushing a 'pull' door? Or stupid as in... walking out of a store and accidentally shoplifting or taking too many medicine pills? I wouldn't want to be with a 'dangerous' stupid person. Taking care of her and being expected to do so would be awful. However... It'd be kinda cute to help out, be looked up to as the intelligent one, and teach her stuff.

Number one, all the way. I mean, she'd have to be crazy to put up with me. And really, insane kind of matches up with me perfectly. But I couldn't deal with an ugly woman, and I'd probably kill myself, and then her if she were too stupid.

I know this is the shallow answer, but 2. Just because she would be a simpleton doesn't mean she wouldn't be a good, caring person/wife/lover/mother. Besides, she'd eventually catch on to how toast is made.
It's really a toss up between 1 and 3, really.
Then again, I like girls who would be considered ugly by most societal standards. I'll assume this one is personally ugly. Even then, a good chat goes a long way.
