In most science-fiction far future stories I have experienced regardless of how they're displayed, I always seem to find a sub-sub story mentioning a glass of blue milk that the non-important residents are commonly drinking. In 20 years after a coma, I would want some of the blue milk; 20,000 Twi'leks or Asari's or Atari's can't be wrong in their comfortable drinking choices.
