Gotta go with the ending of 'Prince of Persia: Two Thrones'. Just genius, the way it wrapped up the whole story arc.

The Evil ending of The Suffering was the most satisfying of the three. You actually become the monster you thought you were in your imagination and join the rest of the monsters on the island as one of them.

KotOR, it went out with some fucking style.

The ending has to be among my favorites.
Other endings that I really enjoyed were from:
Mass Effect
The Bard's Tale
Condemned: Criminal Origins
Final Fantasy IX
Lost Odyssey (although it dragged on for roughly 30 minutes)

Motherload's ending.
Can't go past a giant suit-donning Satan at the centre of Mars for an ending.

Saints row 2 had a pretty nice ending. ( not the secret one)

And actually i liked how Fallout 3 ended.

Whats so wrong with a game actually ENDING. Thats it. You won the game. Wanna dick around? sure, just use the most recent save before taking he last quest.

The endings of Soul Reaver 2 and Legacy of Kain: Defiance are great but bastards for the cliffhangers.

I just about jizzed when i heard the song at the end of portal for the first time.
pop 2 thrones was good aswell!!

Mass Effect - It closes the game but at the same time sets the stage for the sequel.
Kotor 1 Sith End - It was simply bad ass.

The Legacy of Kain games (which must be continued at some point please!), Mass Effect (personally I found the paragon ending to be a bit more epic than renegade), KotOR (darkside ending more so than lightside) & Final Fantasy X (almost made me cry)

Portals ending was great. This is me counting the entire chain of events after GLaDOS going batshit bonkers as 'the ending'.
