I actually really liked CoD4's ending, although I know it got a lot of stick, I thought it was a different and interesting way to end a game, rather than the usual 'we heroes will just ride off into the sunset with nothing bad having happened to us'

The Simpsons game: in a nutshell, your life is a mini-game inside the game of earth, being played by God, who is a video game being played by Ralph Wiggum. who is being controlled by you through a video game. Makes me laugh and hurts my brain every time.

The ending of 'Conkers Bad Fur Day' was one of my favorites

How closely related was that game to Banjo Kazooie? I liked that ending cause you got to see that chick with the melons!!! ha ha

I personally thought Dead Space's ending was quite...fitting, considering the overall theme of the game.

I liked the ending for Dawn of War 2, I seriously thought for a minute that My squad and I were going to die at the end of the game.

Ocarina of Time and Metal Gear Solid 3. They were the only two endings I've ever seen in which I lay back and take a long sigh followed by "I did it." It was satisfying, but even more than that, it reminded me how much I loved playing and what a beautiful sadness that I felt because I knew that it was over. The sweet sorrow of something challenging but wonderful coming to an end. sure, you can play it again, but it won't be the same for many reasons. I'm eagerly awaiting another game that can do that for me.

Jak one. Maybe just because it was the first game I ever finished, probably, but a boss fight with a reverse-engineered robot on top of a giant silo of killer goop miles above the ground? Hell yes.

The Farcry 2 ending puzzled me. Given a suitcase full of diamonds and a desert eagle, I'd just leave.
