Going into this thread I had only this sketch in mind, and you went on and mentioned it before me. Oh well.
It's probably my all time favourite Python skit, and while I did not faint watching it for the first time, I can tell you that I rolled off my chair.

Also, Mr. Cleese mentiones the Norwegian Jarlsberger, which is awesome.

I could not agree more. Also, the penguin on the TV sketch -- love that one, it's been my all-time fave since the day I saw it. I'm constantly quoting lines from it out of context (although, to be fair, those lines could never really be IN context!) I think it's better than the dead parrot sketch or any of the other classics...
