Starcraft 2: Have to say this is definitely a yes, I have been waiting for 12 years to find out where the story goes and playing the multiplayer gives you a rush and experience that few games can offer....

Mass Effect 2: So enjoyable that I am seriously thinking about getting mass effect 1 in the hopes that it is just as good as mass effect 2...

Civilization 5: Have never tried playing this series, but since I really love strategy games a mate of mine told me to get it... so far, I have had alot of fun with it...

All in all the last 3 purchases have been very lucky... the 3 before that... not so much...
Mass Effect 2 makes the original look like garbage, though it was great in it's own right before the sequel was made. I still have to always recommend playing through the first one before going to number 2, though.

Fallout: New Vegas - worth it, despite prevalence of bugs and poor performance on the XBox (Please, don't bother telling me that you haven't seen any bugs on the XBox. I've already been spammed by the lucky people who didn't notice the bugs on two other threads. Check The Vault for the buglist.)

Civilization V - worth it, my girlfriend also thinks that it is worth it.

Prey - Not sure. It doesn't beat out the other games I'm playing or my course-load at school, but it was extremely cheap.

Assassin's Creed I -- don't know yet. It's in the game queue.

Gears Of War 2 -- based on the first act, yes... but I haven't gotten around to finishing it yet.

Undead Nightmare -- as it was only $10, just barely. Red Dead Redemption isn't exactly well suited for zombie fighting. I didn't find the new weapons to be overly useful beyond the obvious novelty value (Blunderbuss takes far too long to load and required zombie looting, which I got bored with long before I got the gun). There's three easy to figure out tactics to every zombie fight (run-and-gun on horse, sniper, and foot-charge and shoot under the chin) that eliminate all traces of challenge from the fights and make all fights horribly repetitive. The War & Death horses are fun though.

Fable 3 - yes
Fallout: New Vegas - NO!
Star Wars: Force Unleashed II - mostly. game length is my only complaint.

Medal of Honor- Certainly, yes. I enjoyed the campaign a lot, and plan on replaying the hell out of it.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow- So far, yes. It's a pretty fun adventure/action game that is quite long. In fact, in terms of gameplay length, I have to say this is quite satisfactory. And the difficulty is just right. Challenging, but not to the point of being frustrating.

Alpha Protocol- Just got it yesterday, yet to play it to any decent length. However, what little I played so far seems to be quite interesting. I don't usually like the generic fantasy settings of most rpg's, so an espionage rpg set in modern days holds a lot more water to me than your average Oblivion or Dragon Age.

I think those are the last three I got. I also got Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions and a few others, but I'm not sure what the order of purchase was.

Final Fantasy X-2 - NO. Definitely not.

Halo: Reach - Yes.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 - Not as good as the first in my opinion, but still worth every penny. (That I payed for through GameStop credit)

This is going to sound utterly bizarre but, from least recent to most recent:
Muramasa the Demon Blade: totally worth it.
LoZ Windwaker: don't know. I haven't played it yet and I bought it in August
Halo Reach: Yes, considering I got a 360 with it when I bough it and I had a good amount of fun with it.

Alpha protocol. $60. meh, it was fun, but i didn't play it very long. I don't even think I even finished.

MW2 for 50 dollars, definitely worth it, lots of play time for my money.

Halo reach: $60, definitely not worth it. The campaign was fun, but short, and It doesn't have much replay value for me. The multiplayer is a failure in every way I thought it would be, and even in some I didn't. I bought it cuz my friends were all playing it and becuase of forge. I haven't used any of the forge maps I've made, and The glitches in multiplayer are so irritating it's allready driven me back to playing MW2.

Demon's Souls: It was totally worth it.
Yakuza 3: Awesome. Beat the main story and still only 11% completion.
Assassin's Creed 2: Got it for 8 bucks. Not as awesome as the two above, but still well worth the money.

1)Red Dead Redemption:Undead Nightmare-I thought that it was a fun and it had a lot of value for a dlc. Well worth the $10 if your on the fence about it.

2)Perfect Dark XBLA-I never got a chance to play the game when it first came out but from the moment it finished installing I fell it love with it. Again worth the $10.

3)Battlefield Bad Company 2:Ultimate Edition-It came with the V.I.P. code and a download key for Battlefeild 1943 so it was well worth the $60.

Fallout: New Vegas, Deadrising 2, Halo: Reach.

All because they were expansions on ideas that I liked previously.

Minecraft: TOTALLY worth it. I mean, 15 bucks for that? I would do that again in a heartbeat.
Frozen Synapse: Turned based, another project still in beta. Definitely worth it, the multiplayer is brilliant.
Team Fortress/Garry's Mod combo: Come on, how can this not be worth it? Another good multiplayer one, and I've been having fun messing around with Gmod.

In short, I have a really good track record here.

In Reverse Order:

Titan Quest: Immortal Throne - $5. Worth it? Meh. It seems like a Diablo clone set in Greece. The biggest problem I have is that it feels more grindy. Also, it's big on hordes and things tend to degenerate into clusterf***s once you start summoning your own minions. But for $5? Yeah, i guess.

Disciples 2: Gold - $5. Worth it? Not sure. I like the game, but it feels a little too restrictive. The lack of a simple free-play map is disappointing. Other than that, yes, it was worth $5.

Risen - $17. I could go on for a long time listing everything that's wrong with this game, however, despite all the flaws, I still enjoyed playing it. I'll probably go back to it soon, but for now...

The only upcoming purchase I'm planning is the Dragon Age Ultimate Edition for the PC ($50). I already have DA for the 360, but I've finally upgraded my RAM so it can handle the game. Seeing as how I feel like the game was intended to be played on the PC (I say this because the Console version is just a simplified version of the PC one, with worse controls), I'm rather excited to play the game the way I was always hoping to.
