I'm kinda confused with all the PETA hate on this forum, I don't believe I've seen so much concerntrated hate on anything in any other forum than this one. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems everyone on here has something bad to say about them on here.

OT: I could care-less about PETA, they're just like any othe group out there, they just seem to have more funding.

PETA is not an animal rights group, it's a group of attention whores.

By the way, Jesus ate meat, it says so in the Bible. You know who was a vegetarian? Adolf Hitler. Just thought you all might want to know that little fun fact.

they're twats and hypocrites. If you really care about animals (and i do), support your local <a href=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Society_for_the_Prevention_of_Cruelty_to_Animals>SPCA.

I used to not care, not I hate them; they acquired a prison in Maine that the government was looking in to turning into an orphanage. They turn it into a lobster shelter.
You sure about that? I don't doubt that PETA would try that it's just who in the right mind would approve that? Okay A. Needs of Own Species>Needs of other species after all survival is the only point of life when you get right down to it B. Yes I understand that lobsters are living creatures etc. but really sacrificing homes for not just children but self aware beings?
I don't care about "BUT WOOK AT ITS CUTE WITLLE CLAWS AWWWWWW" its not self aware it has feelings somewhat yes but its not self away and it doesn't know that when the cook grabs him his death is imminent I mean of course senseless killing of animals is bad I am in no way saying its good but humans are self aware an orphan knows that if they don't gt some kind of help they just need to do something or die a lobster knows it needs to survive but not to that extent. Just overall saying no living creatures need to die for no reason I am just saying it is not worth wasting human lives/well being. Oh and sorry if I ranted just a bit.

See, Im all for animal rights. But animals are sustinance. As long as the animals death has a purpose, and its not torture, then Im fine. Example:

A deer is shot by a hunter, carefully through the head, so that it can be made into meat. This also whittles down a bit of the population so that they dont starve and less will get hit by cars and suffer.

A person goes out into the forest with an M16 and shoots one in the thighs so he can leave it. Thats fuckin awful.

There, as long as the animal is used and is not tortured, than the death makes sense. :\

oh I have a bad feeling about this.

Ok some of what PETA stands for is drenched with good intentions.
I am for the ethical treatment of animals, I am somewhat involved in shutting down local illegal puppy mills.
However the way that many of PETA's members go about doing their business is practically Eco terrorism
They Bomb testing facility's, start riots, and put a lot of human lives in danger.
I could ramble on with facts but Penn and teller have already done it for me.

(and before you think that BS is full of BS, no matter what their opinion this is all fact.)

EDIT: huh someone already posted a BS video. well watch it again dammit.

I support PETA's cause and everything but their methods of doing them are way over the edge. One may consider their methods an act of terrorism.

Your argument may seem perfectly rational to you but, to someone who considers animals to have has much value as humans, your argument makes as much sense as my altered argument does to you.

I would do it.
I would do it in front of their kids if they had kids.

Nobody fucks with my stuff.
It's mine.

That includes the people I claim ownership of.

Note to self:
Do not fuck with Max's stuff or women or he will fucking murder you.
Idea fo a prank:
Throw paint on somebody next to Max just to scare the crap out of him. :D

Your logic is flawed, Maze. This is apparant because your only form of an argument is altering the words I said in any possible way to try and dismantle my argument. If PETA succeeds in their plans, the world would be plunged into poverty, starvation, and overall death of everyone. Half of the worlds food is meat. 1/6 of the worlds jobs are based around meat packing and meat products. Just sayin'.
