That I played? I'm gong to go with either Too Human or Damnation. Both were just awful games.

Eleven pages in and thank the good Lord that someone has posted Perfect Dark Zero. That game stacked the fail onto fail like I have never seen before. I don't know where to begin to point out just how atrocious this game really is.

First of all, the original is of course a legendary game. It was a game brimming with originality and every detail was executed to what was the perfection of that day.
Of course, when the original is stocked with an interesting story and a ton of great ideas, it's cherry picking time when it comes to doing the sequel. You can leave everything the same and just do a graphics update and add some new missions to please the fans, you can take the good stuff and go in a new direction. I mean: Need I continue? How hard can it be to not mess up a classic?

Really now, considering the endless possibilities of greatness, Perfect Dark Zero is what they came up with?
This generic piece of sh? The story is completely unrelated! Nothing remains from the original game!
In the end Perfect Dark Zero is a pretty damn cheeky title, because that is exactly what they did. They took ZERO from the original, started from scratch and came up with a borderline unplayable game with a 10c storyline and the worst graphics on the Xbox 360.

I can forgive a very mediocre game, but not when a great title is handed to the devs on a golden platter, they are given pretty much unlimited means to create something that can at least pass as a videogame and they come up with this? Get out of here. Every person that worked on that title deserves to be shot.

And since it was almost the only title available at the launch of the 360, they even were rewarded with some very good sales and decent reviews.
XD Couldn't have said it better meself. Step 1: Open Package, Step2: Insert disk, Step 3: Cry

Yeah, this. The controls didn't work very well either.

I'd have to say Brutal Legend. Not the worst game ever by any means, but definitely my most disappointing. I waited years for that game and all I got was a disjointed, joyless mess with erratic pacing.

Either that or Condemned 2. It can be summed up thus: "LOL WUT?"

I laughed so hard that it hurts...

I'd have to go with most of the Far Cry series...

My top 5 worst games of the decade:
The Halo series (I won't go into details because I'm gonna get annihilated for even suggesting it)
The Force Unleashed (buggy, unskippable cutscenes, quicktime events, shitty controls...etc)
Resident Evil 5 (1. Poor AI 2. Shitty story 3. No merchant. 4. Crap controls 5. NO MERCHANT)
Battlefront: Renegade Squadron (Failure to live up to the first two. Now III's in development purgatory. Yay.)
Tales of Symphonia 2 (An insult to a GameCube cult favorite)

Care to back that up with a reason containing something resembling sense, or are you just trolling?
What is it with people accusing others of trolling? Can't a person genuinely dislike a game without having to state why?

Ok. Since you asked so politely, I'll answer. Here's why I didn't like it. The controls were clunky in the extreme and I thought the story was lacking. The graphics were "meh ok" and the character movement felt really slow to me. I played it with my friends when they would dig it out, but I would certainly never have invested in it. I tried the second halo and found more of the same. I suppose it was an effort to get the Xbox off the ground and, for those who liked the game and the system, it worked. Nothing about the game enticed me as a gamer and, if that was the game that I would have had to judge the Xbox on, I would have considered it a gaming system that would fail.

Halo's pros:

-Decent graphics
-Creative aliens
-Properly made difficulty settings
-Custom gamemodes.

Halo's cons:

-Gun takes up about half the screen, WHEAR DID GAEM GO? Oh barely, takes up no more room the CODSince when did I like COD?
-Incredibly repetitive Pffh hardly, the online defiantly isn'tThe online is the worst part. At least the plot CHANGED in the singleplayer, but I will admit that the custom modes were pretty good
-Failure controls, especially in vehicles The vehcile controls are better then Half life's vehicle controls yet people don't shut up about thatBetter? You obviously didn't play ANY Half-life games.
-Annoying dialogue okay I will give you thatAwww, thanks. It's not as bad as SADX, though...
-Horrible level design Level design is good in some cases, horrible in othersMeh, kinda
-The ultimate in linearity (and that's the BAD linearity, not Half-life style) I've never found any of them linear, maybe that's just Halo hate spewing from your finger tips?Except for the fact that there's always one path that you MUST go along or you will ALWAYS die (with the exception of the multi-pod rescue mission on Halo?
-No puzzles, just point at the enemies and shoot bullets Bioshock had very little puzzles, COD had none and they are praised for being amazingI never said I liked COD, but Half-life CERTAINLY has much better puzzles, along with Tomb Raider, Sauerbraten, RECOIL etc.
-Unoriginal Compared to what?Bioshock? Sauerbraten? .kkrieger? Half-life? Quake? RECOIL? Team Fortress 2?
-Pathetic gravity settings Okay sometimes the gravity can be stupid
-That annoying kind of recoil that forces you to fire short bursts of bullets Oh hardly, it's no worse then COD gunsYou're right
-The Flood are the most annoying bastards ever Okay again I will give you that
-No tactics involved No tactics involved in most fps's, just aim for the headExcept stuff like TF2, CS:S, DOD:S, Sauerbraten, RECOIL, etc.
-Terrible A.I. Half lifes AI, it's shit in my opinionYeh, HL had pretty bad AI, but L4D, RECOIL(a 1999 tank game by the way), Sauerbraten, and even CUBE had decent AI.
-Slow-paced I agree the lack of a run function is annoying
-Community stuffed with pricks So is every online communityExcept Sauerbraten right? I'm serious, those guys are great. I've seen a grand total of one troll on there.
-Few multiplayer levels There are over 20 maps, that's more then MW2'sAnd Sauerbraten has about 80, right? Am I right? I'm right.
-Confusing H.U.D Oh hardly, bar the equipment everything is clearAnd the health system
-Regenerating shields, which absorb billions of bullets until they run out, at which point you're killed by a Grunt farting meh I find the shields to be fine, gives me enough time to spot enemies and not get killedOf course you could make it so that the metal in your armour does something, as opposed to just the lasers on it.
-Started the ultimate campaign to take over the world with shitty FPSes (see ZP's review on Turok) It's got no QTE's, that's all I can rememberZP says more than just OMG QTE IS FAAAAAIL, so I wouldn't judge him by that if I were you.

Now admit that it sucks.

Do it.

There you go, my opinion. You can called it biased or whatever shit I don't care but seriously, do you honestly believe it's the worst game this decade?

Yes I do.

And in case you're wondering, I was on a 6-day walking track, so don't tell me I'm stupid because I take a week to think of a response.

I hated Half Life vehicle controls (actually didn't like it at all but that's besides the point), I also apologies for using COD all the time but since it's the most played fps (bar counter strike possibly, I don't know the sale figures). I have not found a single PC gamer like Halo, I've also never played the original so I can't comment on that. But seriously? Gears of war is boring, clunky, dull, buggy, unoriginal and the worst dialogue I have ever heard, why does no one hate that?
Seriously, GOW is so much worse and yet people despise Halo, even if it's not to your style you can at least appreciate it is a good series of games.

Also I don't watch Zero Punctuation, his game opinions are utterly stupid. I didn't like Portal that much, Half Life I found meh at best and the only thing we agree on is Guitar Hero.
Ah don't worry about it, I just thought you were ignoring me

I don't like GoW either. MOST mainstream games are either average or below average. Crysis is the exception that comes to mind, that one was above average. Not great, but definitely quite good.

And going by your opinion on ZP, you obviously hate solving puzzles, which means you obviously hate using your brain. :/

What about Bioshock? COD? Hell Half life is pretty mainstream too. never played Crysis, my computer would never run it :(
I don't hate solving them but I find a lot of puzzle games to be dull, Braid being an exception that comes to mind

Bioshock isn't THAT mainstream, I found it about as good as Crysis.
Half life isn't exactly mainstream, and I loved all the ones I played (1, redemption, episode 1, episode 2)
And if you find puzzles dull how can you like solving them?
