Having the sheet waved onto the desk managed to shake things up enough for Gail to raise her head and pay a smattering of attention to what events were happening now. She looked over the survey sheet in amusement and befuddlement. She couldn't be expected to take this seriously, at worst, this was to weed out any satanists or some crap like that. Probably just a kneejerk reaction to the kidnapping, some overblown theory that will be proven false shortly, since, statistically speaking, it's more likely to be a serial killer or a couple of teachers or something like that, not enough for a cult or even enough to take up the room on a motorcycle. At least this interested her enough to wake her up some.

'Name, age, blah. Ooo! Expected time of death. Well, that's probably from here to eternity for most people, they usually don't give too much thought in dying as far as i know.', she thought to herself. 'I'd be more concerned about Unexpected time of death but that's, by it's very nature, impossible to write down. Weird things? Easy. The earth. I've seen some matrix crap with signs going through walls and crap like that...then again, that has to do with peripheral vision and how it has to basically skim stuff to even be able to comprehend what's going on around you since the mind would be overloaded taking everything in around you just visually, hence why we also rely on sound. I think. Can't remember all to well. Weird powers? THE POWER OF SNARK! Oh, wait...i already had that. Demon encounters? Like, Demons of the mind? No, i haven't had anything going on, no mental handicaps, no disorders, nothing...Taking any drugs? I think i'm getting a picture here of what this is about.'

She raised her head to talk to some of the other students, finally taking in how few of them there were in the room. Looking over at one (Cody?) And taking advantage of Quinns outburst, she leaned over and whispered, "I may be wrong about this but this seems to be more of a psych-evaluation test than a survey, albeit a rather blunt one. I mean, i don't get time of death but drugs, demons, mental i'd presume, and strange powers? These seem more like crazy people thoughts, maybe internet or game inspired, since they keep testing that crap, instead of rational thoughts. What do you think?", leaving the question up in the air while starting to fill the survey out and doodle on the paper.

Lina stared at the sheet, not sure of what was being asked of her.

What is this for? Do they actually expect us to know when we'll die? And what do they mean by "developing strange powers" and "encounters with demons?" Something fishy's going on here...

She glanced up at the front of the room, where Ms. Tanya was sitting with her feet up on the desk (oddly informal behavior for a teacher, wasn't it?). Wonder what everyone else thinks of this...

Cody accepted that Ms. Tanya would explain the survey once they were finished easily enough, though one of the other girls seemed to have a problem as well. Maybe that was the more natural response but Cody saw no issues with answering a few strange questions. He was a bit dismayed that his teacher was turning out to be such a lunatic though.

As Cody went to continue the survey a girl sitting nearby leaned over and whispered to him. After a bit of thought, he recalled that her name was Gail and her theory about it being a psych evaluation made the most sense without assuming that Ms. Tanya was just plain crazy. "Yeah I think you might be right." He whispered back. "Maybe the questions don't really matter though. It could just be to test how we react to strange questions and how honestly we answer them. Either way, it doesn't really look like she plans on giving any more information until we finish. Might as well just get it over with." He said with a shrug and went back to filling out the questions.

4. Expected time of death: I have no idea but I'm healthy and I keep in good shape so I don't expect it to be anytime soon.

5. Have you seen any weird things lately? If so, elaborate: I just got into town a couple weeks ago so no.

6. Have you developed weird powers lately that you didn't have before? Please list said abilities here: No.

7. Have you had any encounters with demons? What happened in said encounter(s)? No.

8. Are you taking any kind of drugs or medications? Please list them here: No.

In the end it had been pretty easy since answering honestly meant he only had to put no for most of the questions. Cody set his pencil down and moved his sheet to the corner of his desk as he had been instructed. Now it was just a matter or waiting for everyone else so he could find out just what it was all about.

Quinn pushed on the door; finding it barred somehow, though not locked. "and now we're trapped" she thought, as she turned to Ms. Tanya who was busy begin exceedingly smug. Smug teachers were never a good sign.

A few ideas raced through her head - most notably being remove and throw the cross - though that seemed a bit excessive for the time being. Not to mention, it would answer survey questions (and bring up new ones) she'd rather not deal with. She shot a glance at Karen; at least someone else in the room thought it was odd. She stared at Karen for a moment longer, confusion on her face. For a moment, she thought she recognized it, but the deja vu passed.

Without many other options, she returned to her seat and started filling out the survey.

1. Name: Miley-freaking-Cyrus

2. Age: 17 Years, 59 days

3. Date of birth: You're a teacher; do the math

4. Expected time of death: Heaven knows

5. Have you seen any weird things lately? If so, elaborate:
Yes

1) Door that wouldn't open
2) Teacher who hasn't been arrested for locking students in a classroom
3) Survey about what weird things I've seen.

6. Have you developed weird powers lately that you didn't have before? Please list said abilities here:
Yes, I've gained the ability to make teachers jobs a living hell.

7. Have you had any encounters with demons? What happened in said encounter(s)?

________________________________________________________________________________________

8. Are you taking any kind of drugs or medications? Please list them here:
None, though I'm curious what you've been smoking.

"True...", She said, accepting his idea too. It was certainly valid in in it's own right but that still didn't answer the big question, why? Eh, she'll find out soon enough. The survey was easy enough to complete, especially since she didn't have to write down that much due to much of it not applying to her in her mind.

1. Name: Gail Sylvestre

2. Age: 15

3. Date of birth: April 23, 1998

4. Expected time of death: Around 80?

5. Have you seen any weird things lately? If so, elaborate: I could mention peripheral vision and mental stress from the eyes but that's too much work so...Not really. Nothing that i can't explain given time.

6. Have you developed weird powers lately that you didn't have before? Please list said abilities here: THE POWER OF SNARK! ...Oh, wait...i already had that. No.

7. Have you had any encounters with demons? What happened in said encounter(s)? They obviously left me alone since i didn't see them.

8. Are you taking any kind of drugs or medications? Please list them here: No, i'm not.

With that done, she put her paper on the desk and stared at the teacher, hoping for an answer soon, occasionally looking at the other students.

'The door is barred? No, something else' Karen thought, as Quinn tried and failed to open the door. They where trapped, which meant they where at this 'persons' mercy. With little other recourse, she returned to her seat, decided to play along for now, while cursing the gauntlets 'silence', as since bonding to her it had remained inactive, as it had been for century's.

1. Name:
Karen Draco

2. Age:
17

3. Date of birth:
10-31-96

4. Expected time of death:
There are to many variables to make any kind of guess

5. Have you seen any weird things lately? If so, elaborate:
A teacher asking about things she shouldn't and an unlocked door refusing to open.

6. Have you developed weird powers lately that you didn't have before? Please list said abilities here:
If I did, in this situation I wouldn't tell you.

7. Have you had any encounters with demons? What happened in said encounter(s)?
Pretty sure I'm having one now.

8. Are you taking any kind of drugs or medications? Please list them here:
No

With the questionnaire filled out she slide it to the corner of the desk as per instructions, and waited.

Brian glanced over the survey and found himself confused, yet amused at the same time. The sheet couldn't be serious, with stuff like "powers" and "demonic encounters", how could it be?

Deciding to be cheeky, and perhaps using the sheet to come up with a new character, Brian filled out his survey without saying a word.

1. Name: Brian Releigh

2. Age: 1 Centaurian Year

3. Date of birth: 23/32/133023

4. Expected time of death: When the wolf eats the sun and the gods clash upon the mortal realm, leading to the destruction of all living things.

5. Have you seen any weird things lately? If so, elaborate: The wolf got pretty close to the sun for once, but got distracted by celestial kibble.

6. Have you developed weird powers lately that you didn't have before? Please list said abilities here: Can create a dog whistle to mess with the wolf and save the world.

7. Have you had any encounters with demons? What happened in said encounter(s)? (See above about the wolf, if it counts as a demon)

8. Are you taking any kind of drugs or medications? Please list them here: A cream and a pill, call my Jovian doctor.

Once he was done, he shuffled over to the Ms. Tanya's desk and let it float down onto the pile of the already-finished surveys. Then, he returned to his desk, letting a little smile creep on his face.

Jason continued to stare at the paper, confused as hell and beginning to get a bit frustrated. These questions were ridiculous, but Jason filled them out.

Name: Jason Caston

Age: 16

Date of birth: January 3rd, 1997

Expected time of death: Whenever I feel like dying.

Have you seen any weird things lately? If so, elaborate: No, Nothing really.

Have you developed weird powers lately that you didn't have before? Please list said abilities here: My scar on my right arm has been feeling warm lately, but other than that, no.

Have you had any encounters with demons? What happened in said encounter(s)? Silly survey, demons don't exist!

Are you taking any kind of drugs or medications? Please list them here: I smoke ten pounds of Weed a day, you seem to know a lot about that though since your Survey is so fucked up!

Jason set his pen down and called out "Done!"

Ms. Tanya had been casually observing everyone while they continued to fill out their surveys, already smirking a bit to herself as she watched Jason, Gail, Karen, Brian, Cody and Quinn demonstrate their potential unknowingly. "Good Job Jason, now bring it up to the desk and set it on the corner. The sooner you all finish, the sooner I start giving answers to questions~" She teased them, giggling a bit to herself.

He did as he was told, setting the paper on the corner and retaking his seat.

To answer Karen's question, Ms. Tanya pointed back to the paper. "The sooner you fill it out and put it on my desk, the sooner you'll have your answers~" she said in a singsong tone. "Have a little faith in me, there is a good reason why you are being asked these questions, a very good one."

Karen got up and put the paper on the teachers desk with the others, she'd missed that part of the instruction in her mini rant, and returned to her desk to wait and see what this 'teacher' was up to. So far she'd not really earned much trust, least not from her, most the others seems less inclined to care. Karen figured they just didn't understand the danger they where all potentially in.

[OOC: Pardon my tardiness, I didn't expect the thread to move on this fast.]

"Thank you all for the introductions, now, as customary for the beginning to each semester, you are required to fill out this quick survey."

A survey? Didn't they have his information at the school office or something? Did they do things different in this country or something? Shiro calmly waited for his paper to arrive as he pulled out something to write with and then...

Huh? 'Expected time of death'? Strange things? Special powers? This is...oh no.

You'll have to defend yourself sometime, 'Shokune'.

Shiro's gaze hardened at the piece of paper for a moment. His first instinct was to crumble it up and demand to know what this was about. He second instinct was a little more clever, as confusion had already set into the other students and the teacher was asking them to take something on a leap of faith. Very well. With deliberation, he chose best how to answer this.

1. Shiro Kunekawa

2. 17

3. October, 18th, 1996

4. When I'm old.

5. I often have the feeling that I'm being watched, that there's something wrong with people, that things out of the corner of my eye are moving and then stopping dead when I look.

6. I'll show you mine if you show me yours.

7. If I did, I wouldn't be telling a school teacher, because that would label me as crazy.

8. No drugs, no special treatments.

He stood up and delivered his paper to Ms. Tanya. The teacher would notice that he was looking at her with his more scrutinizing and intense glare, rather than that lost-in-thought one he'd had a few moments ago. He didn't like this. It felt like a trap in some show. And as ridiculous as that sounded to him, he couldn't dislodge the sensation of wrongness he was feeling.

Lina glanced back at the paper. Well... maybe it's not meant to be taken seriously...

With that in mind, she began writing down answers to the questions.

1. Name: Carolina O'Connell, but just call me Lina

2. Age: 16

3. Date of birth: September 25, 1995

4. Expected time of death: Whenever it happens, I guess.

5. Have you seen any weird things lately? If so, elaborate: No, not really.

6. Have you developed weird powers lately that you didn't have before? Please list said abilities here: None that I know of.

7. Have you had any encounters with demons? What happened in said encounter(s)?: If playing video games counts, than yes.

8. Are you taking any kind of drugs or medications? Please list them here: None

"The sooner you fill it out and put it on my desk, the sooner you'll have your answers~" Ms. Tanya said, giggling. Quinn had to wonder if she was really a teacher at this point.

Picking up the survey, she folded it gently several times, then threw the survey turned paper-airplane toward Ms. Tanya's desk. Fortunately, thanks to the small size of the class, she had little hope of missing the desk, albeit with little hope of hitting the small pile of papers. Sure enough, the paper came to a halt; nose first in a mug. Quinn hoped it was full of coffee, but her luck was rarely so good.

With almost catlike reflexes, Ms. Tanya snatched up the paper airplane and began unfolding it, examining the answers even with the large coffee stain at the bottom. "My my Quinn, You've got quite a bit of talent~" She smiled, placing the paper face down on the desk. As soon as the last of the sheets was turned in, she stood again and moved to the front of her desk, clearing her throat. "Well done everyone. It seems I owe you an explanation now." she grinned to them, like a child holding in a secret.

"Ahem, the whole point behind the survey was to determine whether you had the potential in you to do what we require. In order for someone to read the writing on these sheets, they must possess something called 'Spiritual Awareness," it allows you to see and touch things related to the supernatural. In this case, since all of you were able to read and fill out the sheet, you all possess some degree of Spiritual Awareness. You may not know it yet, but this test has not proven wrong yet. Were a normal person with no spiritual awareness to look at the paper, they would see a blank sheet, and would probably use it as copying paper." Ms.Tanya explained as she glanced down at her watch to check the time.

"Oh my! Look at the time, we only have ten minutes left before the bell rings at 9:00!!! Oh well, i guess now is a good a time as any. I have something to give all of you before you all go on to whatever your next planned class is. " Ms. Tanya spoke in a hurried tone.

She turned around and reached into her purse on the desk and pulled out eight rubber bracelets with the word "SPIRIT" embedded in it. "Each of you take one of these bracelets and put it on." She instructed.

"This bracelet may not look like much but it is very important. Normally, in order for a person's Spirit Awareness to awaken, it requires that the person be put in a Life or Death Scenario. Take Damien's story for an example. His power awakened because his life was in danger. That instinct to survive is usually the prime trigger for people's powers to awaken. However, with these bracelets, much less is needed to coax out your powers. If one wears this bracelet, they only need to wear it and their powers will awaken sometime during that same day." Ms. Tanya explained.

*DING DONG DANG DONG*

"Oh crap that's the bell, don't forget that we meet at 2:45 before school lets out at 3:00! Please grab a bracelet and run along to your next class, whatever it may be. If you have any other questions, please hold them until we reconvene at 2:45."

For the next 48 hours (our time) you have full control over what your character does, whether it be going to class, eating lunch, or maybe your powers awaken due to the bracelet. But once 48 hours has passed, i will advance the plot once more. remember, you are just high school students, normal high school rules apply. No drugs, no fights with other students unless it is self defense, etc. Most important of all. Have Fun With It

Lina eyed the bracelets skeptically, but took one anyway as she left the classroom, slipping it on as she did.

Spiritual awareness, yeah right! What do they take me for? Enough of this, She thought bitterly, I'd better figure out where I have to go next... She reached into her bag, attempting to find her schedule, but inadvertently bumped into someone else.

"Hey, watch where you're going!" A voice snapped, and she looked up to see an older girl dressed in designer clothing glaring down at her. Several other girls stood nearby, looking at her like she was covered in dirt.

"Well, aren't you going to apologize?"

Lina's eyes narrowed. "You don't own the hallways, you know."

"Humph, don't you know who I am?" The girl sneered, "I've been head of the cheerleader team for three years running. You're just a nobody."

She turned away, but Lina still heard her say, "What a loser, I bet she doesn't even have a decent outfit to wear."

"Hey, if you're going to insult me, at least say it to my face!" She shouted angrily, and the girls turned back, looking confused.

"What are you talking about?" The leader asked. The other girls just giggled.

"Freak girl..." "What a weirdo..." The voices came from them this time, but their mouths weren't moving...

The head girl saw Lina staring, and turned away again. "Humph, let's go girls, I don't want anyone to see us with someone like her."

Lina watched the girls walk off, not understanding what had just occurred.

What... was that? She thought, shocked. Was I...reading her thoughts just now? Lina glanced down at the bracelet on her wrist, remembering what Mrs. Tanya had said.

No way... that's impossible... but the only other explanation is that I'm loosing my mind... and I really hoping that's not the case...

Wordlessly, she hurried off to her first class, trying to put the incident out of her mind.

After a moment or two of waiting for papers to be passed in, the teacher stood up and addressed them.

"Well done everyone. It seems I owe you an explanation now."

Yes, yes you do.

And answers came forth like technobabble at a sci-fi convention. There were words involved, and they were all in a row, but Shiro could tell that the average person was going to read this as total ridiculousness. What was this woman saying? Spiritual awareness? It was a perfectly-ordinary test on a plain piece of paper. How's that phrase go? 'Pull the other one'? As much as Shiro DID know...about himself, and other things...this seemed to be taking things a bit too far, almost mocking the strangeness in his life that was linked to tragedy and midnight circumstance. The overly-chipper teacher seemed like the wrong sort of person to be a part of the strange and mythical nature that he had apparently joined. More like...one of those hokey televangelist types or someone from a home shopping network.

Now, she took out a number of bracelets with the word 'Spirit' on it and...caused Shiro to be even more suspicious. He wasn't just waiting for the other shoe to drop. He was expecting it to have spikes on. The explanation for spiritual awakening she gave, though...that was a little more in keeping with what he knew. It bothered him that someone this cheerful could speak as such on what could be considered a serious issue. She said that these spirit bands would coax abilities out of hiding easier. It seemed a little too far-fetched, but then again...this was coming from the boy who'd crossed swords with a shadow. He took the rubber-made device, looking at it curiously for a moment.

*DING DONG DANG DONG*

"Oh crap that's the bell, don't forget that we meet at 2:45 before school lets out at 3:00! Please grab a bracelet and run along to your next class, whatever it may be. If you have any other questions, please hold them until we reconvene at 2:45."

He didn't put it on immediately, but rather he went quickly to his first class, which was history, and paid more attention to academia...at least, at first. Maybe it was because he was Japanese, but somehow history from this country's perspective wasn't as important to him. Take the second World War. Their two countries were enemies at the time. Would the people who dropped The Bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki hold the same feelings as those who were hit by it? Didn't seem likely. For that front, Shiro would've rather brought out Anri's copy of Catch-22, which she lent him to practice his understanding of english and the nuances of multi-layered prose IN english. However, he didn't have it with him...and so he felt his eyes drawn to the small device that was labeled 'spirit'. He had the urge to slip it on, right here and right now, except...some instinct told him that this would be a bad idea. He was in contradiction with himself, between desire and caution. He would just have to solve this his own way.

"Sir, may I be excused for a moment?"

To the restroom! Easy way to handle the situation, to be out of the way and able to mess with this thing unobserved. The reason he was worried about applying the bracelet too quickly was...the last time he'd seen his power active, he was clad from head to toe in a demonic shogun armor. Is that the sort of thing you want to treat your classmates to? I don't think so. Especially not after...

On the night of the shadow and meeting Saiga, she was about to leave when he asked her to wait. the kimono-clad woman turned and inclined her eyebrow upward with some curiosity, yet with a face that also conveyed a bit of impatience.

"What is it?"

"If you're thinking of returning to your family...d'you think you could...I dunno...train me?"

"Umm...no, actually. Despite your skill, you lack discipline, and in this world that's very important. I think you'd be better off untested a while so you won't risk doing something foolish unless absolutely necessary."

"But wouldn't your guidance benefit me better in the long run?"

She turned the rest of the way towards him, frowning.

"Listen, you're good person and you've done me a service, so in return I am doing what I think is best, not what you want. As it stands, my children can still beat you in a fair fight. I trained them. Learn from them and perhaps I'll consider it...later. But after tonight, until I say otherwise, react as though this night never occurred."

Well, unfortunately, someone just decided for me what I do about this.

He entered one of the stalls and locked it up, then he looked down at the bracelet. The temptation to put it on, to draw in its forces, was overwhelming. According to Ms. Tanya, only life-or-death instances awakened abilities. Yeah, but...that had already happened to him, twice. When he held out his hands in a traditional Kendo stance, regardless of their being anything in it, he could almost feel the sword in his hands. Shiro was certain that he could don the armor now if he wanted to, but Saiga had been right. To know that he was untrained, untested, was to know the wisdom of restraint, to know that he shouldn't, not unless he needed to. Well now, he needed to. He needed to see if this felt any different. He put the bracelet on and-

"Kuso!"

Even before he'd taken a stance, he felt some inner-presence shifting, just like that night, and all at once he was shifiting! He seemed to grow from him like formless shadow and solidify into into true armor. Shiro was shocked at the ease it was coming through. He had dared to tempt the armor to appear a couple times when he wasn't sure if that night had been real or not...and as soon as he'd felt it coming, he stifled it quickly to prevent any problems. Now, he was finding it hard to hold back! Soon, he was in the stall with armor, ducked low so that the horns of the helmet didn't poke over the top.

I knew it! I knew this was going to happen! That's it! the bracelet works, only TOO WELL! Come on, go back in again... Right now!

He had to exert about as much concentration as he'd needed to pull it out unmodified before to push it back in again, largely because he had yet to ever do so before himself. Piece by piece, the armor did disappear, and he was left with himself once more, no shogun with a big blade. Sighing in relief, he exited the restroom and went back to class. This wasn't officially the weirdest day in his life, but it was getting there.

[OOC: Something I forgot to state before is that the sword Shiro manifests is not strictly a katana. As the armor makes him larger and stronger, his sword is a nodachi.]

Karen just sighed at the sight of the bracelets and their intended function, "I assume you know how reckless it is to awaken such powers in a HIGH SCHOOL" Karen said, pocketing the bracelet as she left over just putting it on. She didn't wait for a reply before leaving for her next class, she doubted she'd get any other then what she'd been getting anyway.

Her next class, science was thankfully normal. all her classes till lunch where thankfully so, however, the events in home room weighed on her mind, who ever the teacher was really, bothered her, not to mention her haphazard methods, then there was the issue of how she knew those in the class where Spiritually sensitive to begin with. Karen just sighed, and thought of calling home to get some one else on this, but she really had nothing but suspicions.

Lunch time finally rolled around for her, though today she sat alone, poking at her food and occasionally taking her 'Spirit Bracelet' out to look at it, debating weather or not to actually put the thing on.

"My my Quinn, You've got quite a bit of talent~" Ms. Tanya said with her infuriating giggle before moving on to explain about "spiritual awareness" and "powers" and so on. Part of her wanted to just dismiss the woman as crazy and move on but... well, it was hard to forget what she'd seen in the cave. Hands formed of dense shadows not of this earth... it was already unbelievable. Combine that with the books she'd "borrowed" mentioning spiritual awareness and she couldn't dismiss every word.

That said, it didn't mean she had to trust the strange woman either. At least not for the moment. On the other hand, it didn't mean Quinn distrusted her either. For now she was a mystery. A dangerous mystery. What more could a girl ask for? For the moment, Quinn resolved to say nothing. She'd hide behind her nature and let the woman believe she was in control. That way, if she proved to have ill-intentions then she'd have at least one ace up her sleeve.

Quinn reluctantly took the spirit bracelet from her; touching it lightly. The moment she did, a static charge ran through her entire body, causing her to retract her hand quickly in surprise. She reached out a second time, but nothing happened. She slipped the device onto her wrist, but felt no second shock or change. Whatever it was she'd felt was apparently over.

"I assume you know how reckless it is to awaken such powers in a HIGH SCHOOL" one of the other girls - Karen she thought - said as she grabbed the bracelet. There was something she hadn't thought of. The others had all been given bracelets. Did that mean they all had similar experiences? Were they too keeping secrets? She'd need to find out later - maybe they could help her with her... problem.

Walking out into the hallway, she made her way to her Global History class, ready for something she understood. She noted Lina getting harassed by some other girls. Quinn locked the information away. She hated people like that; she always had. Maybe if Lina would want revenge at some point... that was something she could help with.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

By lunch, Quinn had made her decision. Karen's outburst gave away that she to knew something. What more, her words - about how dangerous it was - suggested she had some experience with the strange matters. If any of the small group did know something, it was her. Though she was loath to reveal any secrets, Quinn knew she needed some help. The books had hardly solved her problem; useful though they seemed to be. If she was going to solve the cross problem, she'd need aid and only Karen and Ms. Tanya seemed capable of offering it. Considering Ms. Tanya's agenda and the extent of her information were still unknowns, Karen offered a chance to be on at least even footing.

After getting her lunch, she scanned the cafeteria for her fellow woman. Eventually, she spotted her sitting alone at a table; poking at her food and fingering her bracelet. Perfect" she thought, making her way over. She pulled up a chair - not really asking for permission to sit - and placed her tray across from the other woman. "So Homeroom was interesting." she said, striking up the conversation.

'Why do i not believe that... oh yeah, because it's complete and utter bull...', she thought in her head, as Ms. Tanya spoke about spirit power and such. She just didn't say this because she didn't have a 'Non-spiritually aware' student with her, something she was embarrassed to think she would need. Still, at least she could comply with the bracelet thing, besides, it wouldn't hurt to wear it and she could claim that she was wearing it for school spirit if asked. She just worried that it would look distracting with her gloves

Gail ran up, took a bracelet, ran back, grabbed her stuff and walked out, waving everyone goodbye. The quicker she got out of there, the better, before she said something insulting or stupid.

Pulling out her schedule she started to say, "Now...what's my next class? World History..."

She wished she hadn't rushed out so suddenly now. She Hated history and now it was her first class...well, she'd just have to suck it up then. She put on the stupid bracelet, not feeling anything noticable when she did and headed to class. At least she was getting the worst of her classes out of the way first.

"So Homeroom was interesting."

Karen looked up to meet the source of the voice addressing her "Ms Rhodes correct?" Karen asked, wanting to confirm she had the right name, then looked back at the Bracelet "Concerning is more like it, Ms Tanya's is being to lax with this matter, Spiritual Power and the ability's that can spring from them are not to be taken so lightly, and can be highly dangerous if not handled with care." Karen's gaze drifting from the bracelet to Quinn's face "Though I can not tell if her aims are for good or ill yet. Perhaps later she will be more forth coming with answers. What of you, what are your thought on this turn of events?" Karen asked, but at the same time the strangest feeling of familiarity came over her "... also, have we met before? I'm getting the feeling we have, but I know not from where..."
